My memory

I recently tried out a past life regression but the experience/memory of this was very brief and hazy there is not much to go on but thought i would share it anyway. Hope i can get some more to link this in the future.

I was in this small village (only a few buildings), they appeared like a European style, but they were quite plain/ nondescript looking. It was daytime, we seemed to be on some sort of patrol or investigation around these buildings (i felt very apprehensive , there were at least 2 other people at either side of me but we were quite spread out from one another and there was no talking. Unfortunately i have no recollection of what i was wearing or carrying and what anyone else looked like, i don't recall seeing another person (i just knew they were there, if that makes sense). The buildings didn't have anything visibly wrong with them that i can remember but i had a feeling that they weren't occupied. There was no noise, it was very quiet and eerie even though it was daytime.

It only lasted about 2 minutes, nothing happened, just starts from the front of these buildings and walking around the side of them (not inside) and into a wooded area at the back of them, that's it.

Didn't see or hear any vehicles, i didn't even hear anyone speak, the focal point i can remember was the building really, the rest is very hard to distinguish. I've been searching google images the attached image is the closest match i can seem to find (same style and about the same size). It was a lot more plain looking though and a more grayish colour and with definitely less windows. Ignore the stairs, the door was level with the ground. It had the external window shutters and also the windows in the roof.

I don't remember hearing anything, as i mentioned there was an apprehensive/anxious feeling though, almost being silent for a reason even though i didn't feel as we were hiding or trying to get away from something it was almost like a feeling of the unknown like passing through a potential problem that was the way it was played out.

When several houses are given up, then something really bad was going on or had just happened. But what? I am no expert for the architecture of this era, but my guess would be that the houses were from the 20th or maybe 19th century, and that this wasn't longer than maybe 150 years ago, but also might have been only a few decades ago. Definitely NOT the Middle Ages or Ancient times.
Hey, this is like reading a crime story... now I really want to know what you will discover.

I was just wondering. As you say nothing really happened. Can you exclude somehow if this was an in between two lives experience? Like you were killed unexpectedly and your spirit just continued its mission as if nothing had happened?

Interesting theory. I've been trying to get back to this event, or even a new experience but I've had no luck since so far. Been struggling to relax and concentrate properly recently. I'm new to this so i don't have any information on any past life i can tie in to this.

The house in the picture looks like a colonial style house so maybe the past life was during the late 18th century. But then again there are still colonial style houses to this day. In fact I grew up in a colonial style house. I had to draw an exterior of a house in perspective for a class one time and I looked at pics of colonial and Victorian houses for inspiration so that's how I'm sure that's a colonial style house.
