It's been a long time since I've shared an experience, so here goes. I have been very blessed to have a man come into my life (Frankie) who is open to reincarnation, spirit and other dimensions in life. Not only is he open to it, he is experiencing it. We have been doing weekly meditations together - most fascinating and for another thread. I'll start by saying that together the energy is heightened and I am able to help validate some of his experiences but he is also validating mine. It amazes me how open and tuned in he is. There is JOY in sharing. We both had an experience Thursday - I was at the college and he was at his work. The strong sensation of someone coming up behind us and walking by but no one was there. We laughed about it later but the feelings continued and last night we decided to ask who was with us.
We played the OM CD - with tibetan bowls while meditating, we always lay down and hold hands. I know it's very important to ASK a question before.... for clarity. So we did. My art professor from 1997 came to me immediately, said it was him visiting me in my class. Then he showed me he was reborn and a baby now...I could see his baby hands. Then my inner vision switched to Frankie, there was darkness, anger, flashes of warriors and then calm. I could see a man bending over and picking up dirt and small rocks with his hands. Almost running the sandy dirt through his fingers. I felt he was a friend of Frankie's. He had died and seemed lost. We both came out of the meditation in a fog like darkness. I told Frankie that someone he knew had died and needed to tell him, it was not anyone in his family. As I told him this the spirit kept saying over and over - The refuge - the refuge. He was insistent I mention the refuge. So Frank rattled his brain try to figure out who. He had worked there as an equipment operator years ago, the other guys were younger than him. He had heard nothing from any of his old friends about anyone dying.
So I let it be. Frank did a quick search through the obituaries in Los Banos, Ca. where he grew up. Which is about 73 miles from where he lives now. The site showed that three months ago a dear friend of his died in a car crash, he was 56 years old, use to go to the refuge and grew up with Frankie in Los Banos. The guys name was Danny Wiley. Danny sideswiped two vehicles on the side of the road, his jeep rolled and he was ejected. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt according to the highway patrol. Frankie was good friends with Danny's older brother. But no one told Frankie Danny had died.
( Frankie became very emotional, when he realized who it was. Everything fell into place. His friend Danny seems lost, there had been a dark feeling around Frankie for weeks. We asked for clarification before the mediation asking who this person was ---- and now the darkness lifted.
Frankie confirmed that Danny would come to the refuge often to visit, he was known for bending over to pick up rocks by the handful and throwing them one at a time while visiting. This was a small validation for who the spirit was. There seems to be unfinished business, or he needs something. So we'll keep you all posted.
