Audio CD's and MP3's Suitable For Past Life Regressions

    Self-regression is a great way to realizing your past lives. There are many audio cd's out there and the best way is to try several out to see what works for you. It can come down to many things - the voice, music in the background, soundeffects or just the general approach.

    Brian Weiss is very popular. I have his 'Mirrors of Time' cd - it was the first time I tried to regress and I did get some results from it too. I know from others around the board that they found him useful.





    Another one is Roger Woolger. His style is quite different from Brian Weiss - personally I like it, but it's really a question of taste I guess
    Here is a thread on experiences with his latest cd' 'Healing your past lives'.



    William Buhlman is also quite popular around self-regressionists.
