Is there anyone who draw oil painting or like oil painting?
Maybe we can make friends.
Hi Sunflowers. I am. What do you like to paint?
I like oil painting but I am sorry that I can't draw oil painting well. I think the oil painting about scenery attracts me..
Is it a hobby for you or are you taking classes? Do you ever feel like you might have been a painter in a past life?
I'm an artist as well. Though I like the texture of oil paint I've never dabbled much into oil painting since I know it takes a long time for oil paintings to dry. However, my uncle has done oil painting before and my aunt would do paint by number with oil paints when she was a teen.
I like drawing although i am not very good at it.
I was once an Efit artist
Oil painting is something that I would love to learn
I draw. I've not tried oil painting but I have used acrylic and watercolor.
Not any more.
There was a time when I tried drawing. Drawing with pencil on paper and digital drawing and painting as well. While an art teacher told me that I have no talent when I was a kid, I found out that even I can learn and make progress. Seeing my personal progress made me happy. Even though I wasn't really good at drawing or painting.
But somehow I feel that I am done with this for now. I still can see the world through the eyes of an artist, you know what I mean, when everything is just a play of light and shadows so that even a trashcan or an ashtray suddenly becomes beautiful to behold... yet still, I am done. I do not feel frustrated anymore that I cannot draw or paint like a master and never will. I still can appreciate art. And music. And literature.
Anyone paint or draw an image of themselves a past life?
Yes I just did. I don't have any pics right now but I'll be sure to take some.
yes i draw i draw anime and my favorite youtubers im trying to start drawing my favorites golden age stars :33333333
Dont know anyone that does paintings. I know someone that does gangster rap on youtube though. Not that answers the question lol
I used to do pencil sketches and watercolours when I was a young fella.
This is the last drawing I did. The pencil has faded over the years though. Its the actress Denise Richards and its from 2002:
I like your drawing Jim great job! I kinda laid low - because painting and murals are what I do. I teach College courses in oil and acrylic painting. It's my passion.
Great pictures from all there, very talented people on here
Thanks Deborah. Is that your own work?
I particularly like your last file. The young girl who looks to be standing behind wicker. Its got an interesting structure to it.
I've fallen out of art myself these past sixteen years. My sister says she got with a degree that which came to me naturally. Needless to say I was absolutely shocked to realise that reincarnation was real and that I hadn't been an artist!
I'm glad others are posting their work. Creativity is always a positive.
Jim - yup - website shows more. Thanks! ;o)
Thanks Deborah. I took a look. I'm more naturalistic myself. I loved capturing the real person in the real environment. Your pictures are very good.
I didn't pursue arts myself because my art teacher sabotaged my exam project in school. She didn't get caught that time but she did get sacked a couple of years later for getting caught doing it to someone else.
Its good you have a career pertaining to your passion though. Your very lucky.
