Kind of fascinating, though it was odd to hear a calendar described as a 'counting device'. The mechanical organ using air blown over a set of reeds to generate sound was literally a blast from the past.

This mans smile and words bring me so much Joy. I'm reading a book called, "Being Peace" which is a collection of his talks, his name is Thich Nhat Hanh.

I really admire his advice for approaching disagreements within a community, for practicing peace in the in-between moments and for speaking about non-dualistic seeing. To elaborate, he ask that we see ourselves in one another and one step further, in every living thing. Thich Nhat Hanh made the realization that the sun is his heart outside himself. He understands that if his heart were to cease functioning, it would mean certain death. It is the same with the Sun. We all belong to each other. As I drift to sleep, I am comforted by such a lovely expression and again I wonder of the reality of One Soul. I may share some of his poems if anyone is interested.

    Good night. :)
