Atomic bomb and shotgun weapons are a good examples.
sciences is not much different of magic. two different way to approcach to universe, one with logic and prooves and tryies and the other with perception, intuition and alteration of reality. the finality is the same: modify the reality for improve our world into a better way for human live.
the fact the science work and magic not is another things. but i guess that is also caused by the fact that all ancient magic wisdow is forgot or magicians was persecuted.
however science is just a tool, and like all tools can be used well or bad.

my next life? nice question, i hope i will have a heal body and an happy life, that's full of pain and regrets.
i would like to experiment other planets, too, if is possible. Earth experience of this life for me is really exasperating. too much troubles on my real life enviroment.
i hope on next i will have the peace i never had on that.
by other way, if a day i will be on heaven, i guess i'll be happy however.
i not have much strong motivations for turn back on Earth.
i feel ever myself like outside of this era and of my hometown. i have a too much different and extravagant mentality for feel comfortable with most of the folks.

Personally I rather go to a different world next time around be it somewhere before or if all else somewhere else that is better than this one as not everyone truly fits the mold that is demanded by society these days. Kinda amazed how some are totally happy and satisfied just the way it is when there are so many problems and so much suffering.

Well there are a lot of really interesting comments and questions on this subject matter from a lot of members on here. And I must admit have enjoy reading some of them. I have often thought about my next lifetime as well. Of course I realize that it's not our human consciousness ( which is connected to our lower ego) that makes that decision but rather from our higher self or soul consciousness. Because from that state of awareness we have available to us a much border state of awareness form which to chose possible realities and out comes that best serve our evolution as a spiritual being before narrowing down to what we will commit to in terms of physical incarnating.

However from a human level, if I do decide to incarnate again on earth I think I will be male again. However I would more than likely be bi sexual since issues of sexual orientation, race, culture, ect.. will on longer be an issues any more since we will be a galactic species by then. I would like it to be a time period when the human race has evolved pass then need for money and power over each other much like star trek then next generation. There earth led to the disappearance of money in the traditional sense on the planet. As our species having developed a philosophy without the need for accumulation of wealth, and instead focusing on self-enhancement and advancement of the human race. As our technology would evolve to such a point that all of our basic needs for food, shelter, material goods ect are taken care of. Poverty now no longer exists. And each person has the ability to pursue other higher interests in self development.

We are now exploring the stars so I would hope to be in astrophysics, astronomy or some form of space travel as a explorer.
Hey just a pipe dream but a possible reality if mankind does not destroy itself in this timeline. Otherwise why bother being physicals again. I will just stay
on the astral plane instead.

Have you ever thought about what type of life you would want to incarnate into next? what challenges you want to face? and if you would want to be male/female? We are here to learn and then pick what path we feel will be good for our next incarnation, so why not do it now :laugh:.

When you have thought about it, do you think that, when we die, we would still be interested in having the same "next life" as the one we have thought about just now? Maybe when we are in spirit form we have a different way of thinking?

I definetly want to be female in my next incarnation. Although designated male at birth, I identify as female now.
And I would like to be born to a family with a more positive view on child raising like extended breastfeeding and self-weaning, co-sleeping, unschooling.
Oh, and I would like to have a sister!
Regarding my sexuality, I would like to be pansexual. And perhaps being flirtatious. Like a female Jack Harkness from Doctor Who
So with these conditions, I'm not really sure where on Earth I'd like to reincarnate. Definitely somewhere where unschooling is legal!
I also wonder how I would be choosing this next life and how much of it I can see between lives.

Research this enough and you'll come across some where the persons didn't choice but rather only accepted what was offered while it is common for there to be a few choices but only which is provided and the rest is more open ended. The ones I don't like are not up to free will and are managed as part of a larger narrative by the powers that be in these higher realms. By desire alone one certainly could but might end up waiting longer for a favorable incarnation.

This is just my opinion on this but it has been my experiences while out of the body that any unfilled desires that were not realized in life on the physical plane can and usually will be realized on the higher dimensions in between incarnations. This is why there needs to be a certain period of time between incarnations for the soul to work out these other levels of realities within the self. Think of it as karma of a more refine nature being played out in the higher dimensions of our universe.

Mmmm, sounds promising. Just to make sure I get it right.

Suppose, somebody wants to marry a daughter of a billionaire with all that usually follows.

Does this mean, that, if in case of some short supply of billionaire daughters in the physical world, he'll be nevertheless able to do it in the LBL (between reincarnations)?

Or if, for example, I plan to pass all my next life in the Italian Navy, and Italy, for some reason, abolishes its Navy, I'll be able to realize my dream in the LBL in spite of it?

For instance, I want to reincarnate into a family with a pogressive view of child raising including extended breastfeeding and self-weaning, co-sleeping and unschooling. And I want to have a sister.
Does your statement mean that I will be with such a family between life in higher dimension? Or is it that I will be able to see whether the conditions of such a desire is possible while being in said higher dimension?

I cannot offer you the exact place in Michael Newton's books to look it up, I simply don't remember where I found this, they are so long and there are several of them.

I have them all as audiobooks, and in a language that you don't understand, so I can't share them, sorry.

I've listened them all through at least 2 times each one.

Just take into account, man, that however carefully you choose your future life, the reality has always the last words, and nobody can guarantee you that everything will go as planned. You cannot foresee everything, and there are lots of factors you simply overlook, when you do your plans.

Thanks, oh well, maybe that's can explain a lot of my prebirth memory, cause more that nitid PL memories, they are more like a dream when i was jump between a situation to another, so, different scenarios. some was so weird that i belief they was into other timelines or other realities.
yes, real life is determinating. recently i am looking about astrology of conception, most of birth chart, cause technically soul start to exist on physical plane after
fertilization of the egg.
birth chart remind to the life into real world, but conception chart is much more related to nature of a soul and all potentiality.
i am also diving into the much big dilemma of astrology: why two folks born into the same, identical moment, with the same birth chart have different destinies and life like twins?
the answer i get is that astral influences are not
one way. depending on a soul's level of evolution and maturity, it reacts differently to astral and environmental energies.
the other reason, of course, is the social and family environment in which one lives.
however, it seems that more advanced souls are aligned more with the outer planets (uranus, neptune, pluto, eris) than with the inner planets. they feel even less the influences of fast planets.
the most evolved souls of all do not feel in the least the influence of cosmic energies. they are perfectly masters of their own free will.
usually these people become saints.

Lia, Your second statement correct. Yes you will be able to see the conditions you desire in a possible future (here in this dimension) from a higher dimension if those conditions aid and help you to unfold on a spiritual level. Until then on the astral plane you will be with souls that resonate on the same emotional, mental and spiritual level as yourself. So you will experience a state of unconditional love there that is hard to describe on a human level. Remember that as soul we don't have a gender, race, culture ect.. Those are human conditions that we experience here. We only experience gender when we incarnate into the physical world. Until then we are for lack of a better word gender neutral. As both polarities of consciousness M/F are in a more balance state in spirit. However while on the astral and mental planes we are a unique blend of everything we have ever been up to this point in our evolution as soul. However those that have recently translated from the physical world and are now on the astral will appear as they did in life except a more perfect version of themselves. As the astral body has a tendency to mold itself to heavy, dense, physical matter during that lifetime.

That sounds like a very beautiful experience!
However, it also sounds a little too impersonal to me, especially that "if those conditions aid and help you to unfold on a spiritual level". It's like my specific needs in each incarnation aren't actually recognized but more of a tool. And I don't like that. :/
To work with my personal example here: suppose I just lived a life that, despite being relatively good but that those desires of a better childhood still plague me (even if they have lead me to do some good for others such as writing about a good childhood and educating about children's needs etc). I do want to experience that for myself but once I've died these desires become somewhat meaningless?
Like it's like "Oh, that incarnation has had some needs that weren't fullfilled and they became depressed and couldn't find the love and intimacy they needed but no worry, that's just the lessons we have."
It sounds cruel!
I recently read a post by someone (Do you choose your incarnations? | Reincarnation Forum) who used the example of one of the case studies of Dr. Ian Stevenson about a man who had died near a river and stayed there in spirit form roaming about until he came across a couple who he thought would be good parents so he waited until she became pregnant and took up residence in the unborn child and was born to them. No astral plane or anything like that.

And I quite like the idea that we can not only choose our next life but that the non-physical realms bend to our desires and become whatever we want them to be so that we can choose how we spend our time between lives. I'm rather torn between wanting to roam the earth in spirit form and being on a higher plane so that I could see which parents would be open and progressive enough to give me the childhood I always wanted.

Or maybe I come together with other souls who think like me and we form a family together. Some of them become my parents (I say some because the classic father-mother-child family is not only somewhat outdated but also restrictive and discriminating as it excludes other family models such as two lesbians who want a child or a larger family where all the adults consider themselves parents for instance) and some become my siblings.

I really don't see myself coming back after this life and can't agree with the direction of how things have been going for sometime now with society. Doesn't help with the most recent wave of souls is triggering my WW2 ptsd pretty bad that we are getting to be uncomfortably close to repeating some of the worst the 1920s and 30s had to offer. Would have been nice had they chose the middle ground between what they were and what they are now without making the human experience worse where society still functioned but nope.

I kinda of written it down some but it's not concrete yet. It's like some of my desires. I want to have both emotional available progressive parents and a younger sister also photographic memory. I enjoy being a woman. Most definitely I wouldn't have let myself get bullied as a child and get in trouble for swearing too much in school. I would let other people's words brush off because of their insecurities and projections. Maybe be more interested in Pagan witchcraft or Wicca. I just want to keep recarnating until I experience everything on Earth knowing that I did what I can to help people mental, emotional, physical, and spiritually.
