      Hi, I have some things I'd like to ask regarding your past life. The first things I will ask is did you have a connection to Judaism before you were aware of your past life? Also, what was your immediate reaction after seeing your memories?

        It's no differently than "regular" trauma, really. Until you fully process the traumatic event, you will continue to relive it.

        Anyway, that was a MASSIVE answer to your questions! I could've just said, "yes, I felt connected to Judaism" and "I cried when I remembered" and I wouldn't have had to break it up into so many comments.
