Healing wounds; violent past lives (advice)

Hello there guys, trying to say this as tamely as possible.

After reflecting, it appears that my soul may have gotten some PTSD from my former life. Doing a past life regression helped with my anxiety issue and the strange feeling of getting “beaten up” to put it tamely.
However ever since I’ve came to terms with my former lives, I’ve become emotionally numb.

Is there a guided meditation that I can use so my past life soul’s emotional scars can be healed?

I took a break from childpastlives because of violently graphic past life memories so please feel free to Private Message me if you want to learn the details.

Thanks guys in advance :)

I have also gone back and forth between anxiety and emotional numbness as I come to terms with one of my past lives. It is PTSD, totally.
I don't have anything helpful to say, just wanted to say me too.

Thanks Tourmaline, glad I’m not the only one with the issue. :)

I have borderline Complex PTSD from my PL in Germany. The way I have learned to heal hose emotional scars was to confront them.

I’m happy to chat if you wish to.

Yes, and yes. But what I found actually was that I've been suffering with PTSD for years without knowing what it was. Just thought it was me being extremely anxious/alert at all moments. Also just thought I was a depressive.

Am actually confronting my memories. For me to cope with daily living, have gone on medication which is helpful for where I'm at right now. It's helpful for dealing with the symptoms so that I can walk in a supermarket and not feel I'm gonna collapse. My long term plan is to get off that, but when I'm in a better place.

So I don't think past life memories can cause PTSD but just reveal what was already latently there.
