The PM feature provided to all members free of charge is not to be used to intimidate, humiliate or otherwise communicate any offensive or degrading information. PMs must follow the same rules as thread posting requirements. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate suspension of PM capability and any other measures deemed necessary by moderators or administrators, including permanent banning without notice.


To report a PM exchange to a moderator, simply forward the PMs to any moderator for action. Do not delete PMs, as we have no way to recover them once they are gone. We will not take any action without the actual PMs. Thank you for your cooporation.

Online Harassment

It has come to the attention of the Administration Team that several banned members have been contacting new members to discourage them from posting and sharing their experiences. We do not tolerate harassment in any form and want to ensure that this is a safe and welcoming place for all members to post, ask questions and share experiences.

If you are being harassed or bothered by another member, past or present, please take the time to forward the PM and/or e-mail to either one of the Directors, or one of the Administrators, who will then take the appropriate action.

You also have the option to “Remove from buddy list” which will block the person from contacting you via PM. Remember -- if a member has been banned there is a good reason behind it – and you should not allow their small-minded actions to limit your exploration or enjoyment.

Your participation, safety and comfort are important to us.

The message I posted above is not directed at anyone in particular. It is a reminder to all members to please use the Private Messaging function in a responsible manner in accordance with the forum guidelines.

It is also a reminder to the membership - that inappropriate PM's received from another member should be forwarded to the Forum Staff so action can be taken. If we do not know there is an issue - we cannot take the appropriate steps to ensure everyone's experience on the forum is a good one.
