"Go Back Jack" plays the boogie-woogie blues again.

Hello Friends,

In August 2022 I played a gig in downtown Calgary, Alberta - Canada for Stagehand booking on Music Mile. Here is a short video of myself and a friend Pete Johnson performing together. Those of you who are familiar with my book "Go Back Jack" will know that I have researched a most recent past lifetime as an unknown black, blues musician who lived during the Great Depression and died tragically in his early twenties in 1943. Here I am playing "Before You Accuse Me", an Eric Clapton song, demonstrating my boogie-woogie skills that have followed me through into this lifetime. No, I did not have any lessons on blues piano. In 2025 the influence of that most recent lifetime still powerful as here I am sitting in with a local band. The front tooth that my past life musician from the Deep South was missing seems to be this lifetime's challenge as I battle over saving mine lest the past repeat itself. And yet again, I am in demand as a keyboard player. If there's one thing I have discovered about reincarnation it's that history repeats itself over and over again.
