Possible Past Life As German Defector (WWII)

This is my first post. I hope it makes sense, since it's also the first time I write in English :/

From my past life regressions, I've gathered this:

I was a man. Between mid-20s to early-30s, I guess.

I lived in a cold place, where it snowed a lot and there was a beautiful forest there. My home was small and simple(?). Sometimes I wish to "go back home."

I was a Nazi, but not a soldier. I'm more attracted to paperwork and teaching stuff (?).

I stole something important and gave it to someone. This got me in trouble. In high school I wrote a letter to a friend in my own "code", when she lost it, I panicked and thought "They know! We must run now!"

I was chased by someone at some point. Even now I have sudden panic attacks, and feel the need to hide from "them."

I felt a lot of pain before dying. I believe I was tortured. Also died calling for someone named "Vladimir", but he never came. I cry when I think of him and a man named "Dimitri", who I think was a friend of mine. I don't know what kind of relationship I had with "Vladimir", maybe we were lovers (?).

Also:

WW2 soviet era songs make me cry, German songs make me feel "empty".

Every time I see or hear something related to WW2, I think of German civilians and feel bad for them.

Hearing about the awful things Nazis did, anger me and I think "I should have done something."

During one of history classes, we were learning about WW2, when the teacher and several classmates pointed at me and called me a "Nazi" (I was also told I was like Hitler!). Just because I'm an introvert and I'm obsessed with WW2 stuff (?).

I may have some German ancestry from my maternal side.

I'm ashamed of this, but Hitler inspired me and I thought he was a great leader. Then I started to hate him and feel bad for ever thinking like that about him.

Writing in my native language, is difficult for me and so is reading it.
When I was younger, I used to write in cyrillic alphabet or write in a "weird" order, always in capital letter.

I don't like it when in any movie, videogame, etc., Germans are "all evil and worship Hitler" or "They were the only ones that committed atrocities during the war."

About being a defector, that's a "feeling" I have sometimes. But when I do a regression I don't see anything else about this life. Just feel sadness and call for "Vladimir" and "Dimitri."

Does anyone else has experienced something similar?

Hi Alex,

Makes perfect sense to me that you "feel" more than you "see" stuff from that PL of yours.

From my own experience, I've come to give great importance to the way certain things "feel". Even more, what my "beliefs" and "stance" towards specific aspects are, for no obvious and apparent reason - not one to be found in this life of mine at least. To give an example, the way I feel about slavery - but not in a shallow, stereotypical way. Sure enough, everyone opposes slavery nowadays I guess but the way I "feel" about it has deeper, emotion-filled properties. It's like I've experienced it first hand, lived in a world where it was a standard. If someone brings that up, I immediately get a very strong "don't get me started on that issue" attitude, an almost arrogant "I know so much better than you do about it" stance. Something that I can't, of course, prove and has deeper roots than my current life experiences (which don't include slavery as a social phenomenon).

I say that because it sounds a lot like the way you describe feeling about defection, or Nazis etc.

I've talked some in this forum about my personal experience with PL/reincarnation (my own and also my daughter's cases) but more than that I've read lots and lots of stuff that people from around the world have posted. In many, many cases which seem to me, how to put it politically correct now.. more interesting, the "feeling about it", emotional part surpasses the "seen" (in a regression, dream, self hypnosis or whatever) equivalent. Hope I make some sense as English ain't my native language as well (not this time around).

I will speak only for myself now and this not by any means a doctrine or anything but when it comes to PLs, the order that I give importance to "hints" is as follows:

Mysteriously Acquired knowledge, information, skills etc
Strong Feelings about social and other circumstances, specific events of the past, historic figures and eras, places and so on
Actually "seeing stuff"

So maybe don't worry too much if you don't get to "see" stuff - yet. Maybe you do at some point. May also be that it's too much to handle and you're not allowing yourself to, for the time being.

You know better about it than any of us ever will :)

Hey, we’re both defectors! Good to know I’m not alone.
WW2 soviet era songs make me cry, German songs make me feel "empty".
Sameee but for a different reason. I defected to the US but I spied on the Soviet Union. I hated communism with a burning passion but I freaking love Soviet music. I have a playlist dedicated to both Soviet and German music but my Soviet music playlist has waaay more songs.

I'm ashamed of this, but Hitler inspired me trust and I thought he was a great leader. Then I started to hate him and feel bad for ever thinking like that about him.
I did too but I defected because during the last days of the war, I realised that he was crazy and that my peaceful life with my family would be ruined if I continued to stay in Germany. Why did I believe so religiously in someone so crazy? Must be the brainwashing I went through since I was a child.

I suck at my native language. I’m better with English and French, though I am well-versed with the cyrillic alphabet.

Do you regret leaving Germany behind because honestly, I don’t. I was happier as an American. The only part that I regret was not taking my best friend with me but other than that, I could blend in quite well and finally live a peaceful life.

Oh, hey c:

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused.
"Do you regret leaving Germany behind because honestly, I don’t." was this a question?

If so, then maybe a little? Some things are blurry to me : /

Oh, hi : )

Thanks! I hope you're right, and one day I'll be able to "see" anything (?)

Hello Alex! Great to bump into somebody who has the strongest feelings toward Germans and Russians! That's my case too. ;) I was a convinced Nazi German during WWII, but on the other hand, I have just as much emotional connections to Russians as to WWII Germany. I also like Cyrillic letters a lot, needed no time to memorize them and I could easily find everything when I had a trip to Russia. I've been to a few cities in the Baltic, and not only in Russia. They brought me huge, kind of nostalgic, or "instant love" feelings. But in my case I don't know too much about this suspected PL, I just have the feeling (based on triggers and such) that it could have been in Chekhov's time. But it's true that feelings are very important, with luck, they can eventually lead you to more memories and later, even to validations.

(Oh and nothing is better than listening to WWII Germany themed industrial and neofolk music, then suddenly turn on an Alexander Vertinsky playlist for the rest of the day! :D)

Sorry for not being clear but yep. Maybe I should’ve said ‘a wee tiny bit’ because I was actually lonely during my first few weeks in the US. I mean, I had relatives there but I didn’t really have much friends I could relate to so it took a while to adjust.
