Tattoo and Birth Mark

I have read about the tattoo that Sisi, Empress Elisabeth had on her left shoulder but it wasn't until today, despite all of the research that I've done, that I realized that I have a birth mark on my left shoulder that might vaguely resemble the same shape. Another piece of the puzzle?
