Allo.. for me, it started young then escalated in my teenage years. It came to a boil when I matched a travel poster to a recurring dream image and truly rocked my world upon my first visit to the city.
It did open my eyes. It forced me to accept I am on this plane to learn and grow.

Goodness yes. Until I wandered to Canada, I felt a huge pull to the Dominion. It was so terrible I gave in and everything fell into place. Before I left for Quebec, I would look at pictures of Sin City and have a sense of homesickness.

Allo... I haven't tried it. I have to admit if it works for the seeker, it raises a set of questions in terms of possibly distracting the soul from learning or growth.

I don't fear death itself. I do have an inexplicable fear of death by fire. I have never been seriously burned but it's a huge fear.
I truly believe when our bodies die, our souls are rated and if we did not fulfill what we needed to do or learn, we are reincarnated.
