Which One Language Would You Choose And Why?

I am at work on learning French and if I could speak only one language, French is it. To my ears, it sounds so familiar. Inside, it resonates in a deep, powerful way. -Grel

    Painting a room

Allo.. I thought I would share my newest effort to pass time. I decided it's time to paint the room I use for writing. The problem is finding the right color! So, I find color strips samples at the Sherwin Williams place. Biiiig mistake. I come home with a lot of strips. To make matters worse, I...

Covid19 Thread 1 (The Elephant in the Room)

The question that hasn't been addressed is this: has this monster been around much longer than we suspect? It had to undergo several mutations to become so virulent. That is the case with AIDS. It strikes me COVID 19 bears similarity to SARS. -Grel

    Are you afraid of death..?

After Speedwell posted that post and pointed out perhaps we are the ones to be our own critic after death, I sat down with my coffee and realized he has a good point. I shouldn't be so hard on myself. Thanks, Speedwell, for the food of thought. :) -Grel

Dreams and attraction to one geographical area

Another past life dream but this one is different. I heard speech and managed to look around at the scenerym In the dream, I was on a payphone outside a garage. What happened when you first remembered your past life?

Allo.. for me, it started young then escalated in my teenage years. It came to a boil when I matched a travel poster to a recurring dream image and truly rocked my world upon my first visit to the city. It did open my eyes. It forced me to accept I am on this plane to learn and grow. -Grel

Do you find yourself feeling homesick for a place you've never lived?

Goodness yes. Until I wandered to Canada, I felt a huge pull to the Dominion. It was so terrible I gave in and everything fell into place. Before I left for Quebec, I would look at pictures of Sin City and have a sense of homesickness. I am in the process of leaving the US but COVID 19 pushed...

    Regression therapy

Allo... I haven't tried it. I have to admit if it works for the seeker, it raises a set of questions in terms of possibly distracting the soul from learning or growth. -Grel

    Are you afraid of death..?

I don't fear death itself. I do have an inexplicable fear of death by fire. I have never been seriously burned but it's a huge fear. I truly believe when our bodies die, our souls are rated and if we did not fulfill what we needed to do or learn, we are reincarnated. -Grel
