Anyone else scared of the year 2020??

I wish I couldn't relate to this so much but you're dead on, friend. I'm very much here, I'm very much here; I have a pretty good life and a small circle of friends I wouldn't trade for anything, but I still miss home. I miss my brothers. Sometimes it's almost embarrassing, how jarring things...

I'm Curious To Know: Where Were You in WWII?

Born in Germany, I was in Poland (twice, technically) and *possibly* France but I'm not sure. There's a lot I'm still trying to figure out.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

[put in profile] If anyone is interested, I've just made this Discord group for anyone with German WW2 PLs. (Just made as in, I finished putting it together about an hour ago now).

    WWII German Infantry

Hi chililime, let me say first off that some of the things you've said resonated with me, hard. I wasn't Wehrmacht myself but some pieces of that, especially that homesickness, that feeling of not doing enough, they're kind of universal. I feel you on the fireworks, and the flashbacks as well...

    Ww2 past life

Hey Souldier, I also have a WW2 PL I've talked a bit about here and elsewhere, and if you'd like to PM me anytime, I'm happy to talk. It hit me very hard at first as well, a lot of denial and "Surely I'm a lunatic, past life sure but this is all entirely too much". Its a strange place to be...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Wonderful, thank you so much! I've been meaning to write you myself at some point but, I've been hesitant as I don't exactly know what to say, and don't want to be the 5000th person to bother you with the same questions.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Absolutely, feel free to fill it out regardless just, if you can state somewhere who and what you were. It is aimed a bit more at military because that's largely what my group is comprised of but, it's definitely open to anyone who fits the bill.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

If anyone is interested, I've made a survey that I would desperately love some feedback from. I've noticed some particular similarities between myself and a close friend of mine who was also on the German side of WW2. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2VLFWVY Here's the survey, it's only ten...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Well, Haupsturmführer is what seems to have been my rank so, it's entirely possible. I'm wary to attach to hard-specifics if I don't have as much confirmation as possible but, it makes sense enough. I'm thinking it would've been leather, or wool then, can't quite pin either down. For whatever...

Hi Greta, i probably can't help much on confirming information, I'm having a hard enough time with that myself, but I just wanted to give the offer, if ever you'd like to vent about Poland with someone else, I'm always interested in others' stories and talking to other Kameraden.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Any details on time period that they were in use, and/or the ranks that would have likely used them? A lot of my information is stuck in "either this or this" limbo, so to speak.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Maybe? The Ambush incident is the only thing I solidly remember from that time period, and it's more like a sequence of snapshots and 5-second bursts of video almost, combined with very tactile 'memory'; the smell of something nearby burning, the absolute agony, the weight and sudden "oh god no"...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Yes, "something there but slightly out of reach" is a very good way to phrase that. Its like remembering you have a dream, and being so very close to remembering it, but all you know is there was something. I'm not sure if my coat was wool, I feel like it was smoother in some way. I've always...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

I have both Hauptsturmführer and Hauptscharführer written down on a list that needs to be 'checked over' at some point; I'm unsure of what either of them are (I honestly looked for a list of ranks without explanation to try and get a blind read of it, I try to avoid any possibility of...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

That's amazing that you found about about your regiment, I'm honestly slightly terrified but also desperately hoping for that level of confirmation someday. One of my partners, the one who shares this same past with me, essentially helps me do guided meditation-type 'readings' as he calls...

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

I've read a few places that it was or is occasionally a last name, but that's more or less what I found. I need to essentially "get confirmation" on it still but, I'm thinking it may be rank.

Anybody have past lives as a soldier in WWII?

Ich hoffe, alles läuft gut, Kamerad. Unfortunately, I don't - that's something I desperately want to know, though. In the specific memory of the ambush in Poland, I know the word Hauptmann was said, either to me in terms of rank, or it was who I was speaking to's last name. Formal regression...
