anxiety related to past life?

I've had anxiety related to violence for years. In my late teens, I noticed an increase of anxiety whenever I would hear a story related to violence. I never experienced anybody doing something to me physically in real life to feel like this.

I was told by a relative in my early teens that I had reoccuring dreams of being a witness to a violent crime that took place. I dont have memory about these dreams. Also I was told I was nervous of violent movies back when I was small.

I dont know if its due to me being highly sensitive or due to the fact I really did have a past life that causes me this anxiety? Currently, I avoid looking at headlines of stuff that happens, dont see movies or tv.

When I do hear anything related to violence I have this anxiety that makes me feel like I care to escape. I've considered having a past life regression. Does it sound like it would be beneficial in this case?

Only if you book a highly qualified reincarnation therapist, and don't settle for less because anxieties and traumas are things to be taken seriously. You'll need someone who will be able to guide you through the pains and fears, and who will be able to do the aftercare as well.

The cause of anxiety is unknown, but some researchers believe that it is caused by a combination of genetic factors and environmental influences. Many people have experienced anxiety at some point in their lives, and about 1 in 5 Americans experiences anxiety each year. However, only about 10% of these cases meet criteria for an anxiety disorder. Birthday personality

I'm actually the complete opposite of you when it comes to violence. Anyway while you anxiety may come from past life there are many other possibilities. You say you are highly sensitive. That could very well be the reason you get anxious around violence. Also it could come from your upbringing and even what kind of media you grew up on. Part of the reason I'm the opposite and seem to like violence as weird as that may seem is because growing up I would watch a lot of violent shows and play violent video games, which my parents didn't think much of because they thought I knew the difference. Also there is the fact that I come from military family though my dad was long honorably discharged by the time I came along.
