Blip in The Time Matrix?

I've had a lot of weird stuff happen. Not as much as DK maybe, but here is one that I have never been able to figure out.

Let me set the scene up . Fall 2001. I decided to go to the Mall. The Mall is Del Amo Mall in Torrance, Ca. Big mall created in the late 1970’s by merging two malls together and building both a parking structure and part of the mall over a street called Carson.

So I drive over to the south side of Carson and was going to park in the two story structure. I drive into the parking structure and on my way to the ramp to the second story, I pass, and notice, a purple Prowler with a, um, sexually suggestive license plate. I was wondering how they got that one past the DMV as I was starting up the ramp. I drive up the ramp, get to the top, swing around to find a parking spot, and, the universe tilted. I saw the SAME purple Prowler, with the SAME suggestive license plate, in the same parking spot, but ONE level up from where it was SUPPOSED to be. I hit the breaks and stop. I feel weird, off balance and slightly dizzy. There was no way that Prowler could have beaten me up the ramp. No way at all, without me seeing it pass.

Now completely freaked out and still feeling off balance, I decided that I don’t need to go to the mall and I just want to go home. I drive back down the ramp and pass the spot where I had seen the Prowler originally and it was empty. I drive out of the structure and head for home, still feeling out of balance. On the way home, I have to deviate from my usual route, THREE times, due to THREE car accidents. This is also really weird. One accident, ok, I can accept, but three? All happening at the same time? Overheard one woman say that she was waiting for the light and found herself in the middle of the intersection. No idea how she got there. Ok, so its not just me, its the area. I finally get home, still feeling out of balance. This persists until I go to bed and get some sleep.

So, I am not sure what happened. I can tell you that the dizziness passed but the off balance feeling persisted throughout the rest of that day. It also seemed to affect the entire area around this mall. About a mile around the mall. Natural Time Matrix blip? Was some one messing with time, in this small area? I just don't know. Would welcome any suggestions.

I woke up from a dream and read your post. I had dreamed about a pick 4 lottery number. Hmmm ..... I had to go and play it. (It don't draw for a couple of hours, but I will let you know.) I had to play it after reading your post.

When I was a young adult - I can recall incidents similar to the one you describe as what I called 'double takes.' They happened to me all the time. I would experience something in my mind - several minutes ahead of it actually happening. If I was in a relaxed state and not paying it much mind - it would confuse the heck out of me - especially if I was around other people. I felt they should have 'seen, heard or witnessed' the same thing I saw in my mind.

When I read your post, I recalled a time in 1981 (after 3 years of trying to deal with this sort of time lapse) that I had my turn signal on and was about to turn a corner a distance away. I told friends in the car the make, model, year and license tag of a car that was going to be approaching and was going to be honking it's horn at us. I even described the driver and passenger of the car and asked my friends if they knew anyone like that. A minute later, everything I had described came to pass and it did turn out to be some friends of my friends. People I hadn't met being new to the city.

At first, I would always try and describe it to people - because I thought I couldn't be alone in this. People would always say it sounded like deja vu - but mine was different because I would experience a moment - a few moments ahead of time to the point I could tell you what was going to happen prior to it happening. I felt 'deja vu' was mostly a feeling without the vivid nature of 'witnessing the moment' prior.

The first time I could recall doing this was when a telephone was ringing. In my mind, I was curious who it was - and then - I had a 'flash forward' and 'witnessed the moment' of finding out who it was. Then, I snapped back to the current moment and the phone was still ringing. My Mom had said she wanted to answer it and on the way to the telephone she muttered, "I wonder who this could be." I told her. It was someone totally out of the blue and the last person she was expecting a call from. (Like an old friend she hadn't seen in 10 years who was passing through town and looking her up.) What made an impression on my Mom's mind was - I didn't know this friend of hers. When my Mom got off the phone she was looking at me with awe asking me how I had guessed that. I told her I didn't guess. I was going by what she had told me, or what I had heard her tell me in my mind - which - at that point in the conversation - she hadn't said yet. So, I got frustrated and said, "Who was it Mom." Then she told me exactly what I had heard her say in my mind while the phone was ringing. I didn't know any better. I was only 18 and battling with amnesia. I didn't know that these things didn't happen to everyone. I thought it was funny that my Mom was telling me, "You can't see and hear something minutes before it actually happens. What are trying to make me believe? Did she put you up to this?" My Mom convinced herself that her old friend had gotten a hold of me earlier and got me to pull a joke on her. She told me, "I am not falling for it. No way am I going to believe you heard a conversation before the conversation took place."

For five years - this sort of thing was a normal occurrence for me. When I got older, sometimes it would catch me off guard when I started realizing how 'abnormal' it was to have that 'glitz' in time to occur like that. It has been many years since this sort of 'double take' happened to me - but I got my fingers crossed that my dream of the lucky numbers was right on.

Sincerely,

DKing

"Time Slip"?????

Hi there...I find the word "blip" a very good word for an experience I had a couple of years ago. Here is an old post, which explains what I've always called "imprints" in time, which may remain after an event has taken place. After I had written this, I read an article about "time slips". I don't know now what I experienced, but it happens to me often...like looking sideways and "blip"...you're in another time...but same place!

A Church in France...

I believe also, that all things that happen in buildings, houses, even open fields, leave impressions and that some of us are very sensitive to them. This happens to me often when I enter old houses or churches, they all have their stories to tell! This is how I "see" spirit...

While roaming the beautiful countryside of France a couple of years ago, my husband and I made a stopover for the night in a very old French town. We are campers and after we had set up camp, we took our bikes and rode into the city. Like most old towns in France, there was an old Romanesque church, something that always pulls me like a magnet. I left my husband outside with the bikes and opened the original wooden doors, badly beaten from time but extraordinarily beautiful. Walking down the main aisle admiring the stained glass, I heard behind me the rustling of...could it be straw...or hay??? I turned around and was suddenly standing in a darken church with candles hanging from the ceiling. On the floor infront of the main entrance, was straw spread thickly and coarse pieces of what I would carefully call blankets, although that word doesn't quite describe what I saw. There were people laying sprawled out over the straw and the smell was of sickness...everywhere. This "vision" or "impression" lasted for about as long as it took to tell, maybe 5 seconds.

I am used to these things happening, but this impression was one of the strongest I have ever had!

Wow. Very interested in this. Time-space and quantum topics are so fascinating, plus the personal accounts. I can't think of any specific experiences I've had with this. I've experienced lots of dejavu and possible clairaudience, but no time-slips, that really stand out.
