Canadian Pilot

A very exciting discovery has just come to light regarding an incident on August 24th when Stuart and F/O Campbell were attacked during a raid on Cologne. They crash landed safely at Woodbridge. The identity of the Luftwaffe night fighter pilot is now known !.

They were attacked by Hptm. Friedrich-Karl ‘Nasen’ Muller of 1./NJGr.10 over Eindhoven, making four continued attacks and apparently claiming a kill.

Hptm. ‘Nasen’ Muller is pictured below, this was his 24th night fighter claim of the war from which he survived with a total of 30 kills. He died on the 2nd November 1987.

Hi Dave,

I've only just come across this thread and have found it fascinating. To be able to obtain such specific detail about your PL is extremely rare, and an amazing achievement!

My own belief in my PL as a WW2 fighter pilot is, in contrast, based mostly on intuition and a sitting I had with a medium a number of years ago (which I've detailed in other posts I've made on this forum). I've often felt I want to obtain some verification, but there is a certain reluctance holding me back - not sure why. Perhaps I'm scared of the changes in my outlook it may bring about - frightened of change?

Anyway, I'm glad for you it's worked out so well.

The changes it has affected for me have been entirely positive. My attitude and outlook to a great many things has changed for the better. The only thing I feel bad about is ever going public at all. I wish I had never mentioned it but I have no one to share this with and with the ever increasing knowledge and understanding I would have gone quietly mad if I didn't share it with people that genuinely understood.

I'm a person who becomes obsessive about my endeavors so I simply cannot rest until I know all there is to know, so my research has been tireless and relentless. If at any time this looked like a crock I could and would have walked away. I am that kind of person, I have no illusions and I dont suffer the foolhardy. My advice is find out all you can and in time I'm sure you, like me will come to the same conclusion. How can this possibly not be real.
