Do past incarnations have the same "aura"?

I can't (consciously) read auras, but for those who can (if there are any of you out there), do you suppose that you could recognize a person reborn from someone else because they have the same "aura?"

This is just a personal opinion, however I doubt that you could due to the fact that an aura holds a record of emotional and physical characteristics. Your experience in a past life would be completely diffrent from that of your present life.

I would agree with Diana...your aura reflects your current emotional/energetic state. However, it is my belief that your energetic "fingerprint" is distinctly recognizable to those who can "read" it. Have you ever met someone and gotten an immediate sense of attraction/revulsion? That is your soul level reaction or recognition to their energy/vibration.

Thanks for your responses. I've noticed if you read a lot of new age/yoga books some people believe we have several "bodies" (emotional bodies, mental bodies, as well as physical bodies ... it all gets very complicated). I'm not sure what the difference between an "aura" and a pl energy signature is, but I can say there have been rare occasions when I felt I had a sudden glimpse of what someone (including myself) looked like in a past life.

I ask guidance and friends who can "see" whenever I get something of interest and "not from the usual sources" and they have helped me differentiate between past life/future experience and potential future events/people. The really cool aspect of it all is that they are so in tune with me that they can see what I see and give me a clear understanding of what I am viewing through the energy those "individuals" project. And that energy comes with the knowledge of where they fit in past lives and their significance both then and now.


Auras, in my experience, are not important in our current physicality, is not a prime indicator of past lives, but rather a strong indicator of our present sense of self.

With all due respect to the other posters, in my opinion (and I could be wrong) I believe the Aura carries (among other things) a glimpse of our Past Lives (PL), in as others have mentioned, a “Past Life Signature”.


I believe, it is this “Past Life Signature” that can cause us to have “Deja Vu” in all areas of life, i.e. recognition amongst each other all the way to reading the energy signature of say, a quaint little town in New England!


We may say we don’t have the talent or ability to read Aura’s, but once again, I believe that as an Adult, reading Aura’s is on the sub-conscious level as opposed to a child, so we may think that it does not exist.

I think that our aura/energy field reflects our current life and its emotions, but may also have traces of the past too. Really, if our aura displays our emotions, then if we have a emotional trigger that originated from a past life, then aura's can reflect both the history of our past and current life.


As far as recognizing someone reborn, since our aura/energy field is always changing/updating, I think it more likely that you would recognize the persons soul.
