Has anyone ever researched a PL for accuracy?

Hi guys!

I have not done a past life regression yet, but plan to in the upcoming months. I just know that when I have one, I will be curious to research what I have found out. If certain cities exist, names, events...etc. I would love to hear the stories. Thats when I would feel a true believer, and not something I dreamt up with creative imagination. (For my own experience)

Also, is it possible to have a negative experience that causes problems/nightmares in current life?

Thanks!!

I think validations are an important part of past life exploration, but not everyone believe they are relevant. I can see what they mean, when they say the point of remembering past lives is not in validating the historical accuracy, but for many of us it is a good way to confirm we're on a right track.

You can remember also sad or difficult things in a regression, and it might require some work to deal with them, but in the end it will be for the better in this life. I believe we never remember unless it's a good thing for our journey. I don't think a regression would ever cause problems in current life.

Good luck with your regression - let us know how it went!

I agree with Karoliina, I don't think a negative past life memory experienced while under regression can cause you to start having nightmares, because you're only remembering what is already in your subconscious. On the contrary, from personal experience, it was a traumatic memory that greatly reduced the nightmares that I'd been having for long periods in my life. Sometimes just facing something unpleasant that happened to you in the past can be enough to settle an issue you have in your present life. The important thing to remember though is that they are just memories, they can't harm you now.

Good luck with your regression, Karoliina gave you some good links to help you prepare, and if there is anything that you're unsure about, then just ask: ;)

I'm far too curious to not research my past lives :D

When I started doing PL work I wasn't sure I trusted what came to me, so testing for accuracy was a great way for me to gain confidence in what I experienced. Most of my past life-personas have not been recorded in history, so I may not ever be able to test if they really did exist, but I've had other validations concerning their lives. :)

Curious,

If I was regressed and had an interesting experience, I would definitely want to check to see if certain cities existed, what certain foreign words meant (if I'd never heard them before in conscious memory, but was uttering them), if an event happened, etc., BUT you might have trouble finding if specific people existed if they weren't well known. I do genealogy research and let me tell you, my ancestors are hard to trace and find and I know they were around because otherwise I wouldn't be here! Sometimes people didn't keep very good records of all the people in a place. And sometimes records were destroyed. And some people tried to stay off the records.

I have researched many memories I've had of a past life. I've ended up with results that have shocked even myself.
