Yes, we would probably heal all by ourselves eventually even from the 'big stuff'. Perhaps a life or two spent in restful contemplation or loving and peaceful isolation would be just the ticket to heal shattered 'nerves', but that does not happen so much nowadays, with everything getting faster and faster and more and more crowded. Getting some help makes the process a bit quicker and easier I would say.Do we not eventually heal on our own somehow? Is there not some way we eventually heal naturally without a regression or are we doomed to repeat these complications over and over again? Reincarnation is a learning experience is it not?
Good for you! Keep it up!It was not just one sentence but a combination of all that I read so far, along with the book I was reading last night which answered the most questions,Journey of Souls by Michael Newton, PH.D.It helped me understand the learning process of the soul.
That is the perfect way to approach pl work, imo. It's also important to stay grounded in the NOW - and know that whoever you were then - is not who you are now. I believe that even with the worst, most traumatic pl memories - you can take the lesson and apply the knowledge in a positive way to your life now.I was unsure before but now I know in my heart that whatever I experience is ok even if it is something traumatic or violent it's ok.If it's something bad that i did.If I messed up.It's ok.It's all a learning process.
