O’Neal Mahmoud - israel druze boy "fluent" in english

I wonder if anyone already spoke about the case of O’Neal Mahmoud a israel druze boy who is reported to be "fluent" in english without any connection to a english speaking country within the family?

"Dr. Khaloub Qa’awar, a speech therapist and clinical linguist, spent several hours with the boy, and concluded that his level of English was typical of a three-year-old who grew up in an English-speaking family, while his level of Arabic was far below that. She and neurologist Keren Ben Itzhak both told Channel 10 that they had never encountered such a case."

Most of the reports are in hebrew but there are some articles in english as well.

I think there's something in what you say. Though as a child mostly I had a sense of something more non-physical, it was as though I was not accustomed to being human and living in a body. Those feelings did fade with time. The past-life aspect was different for me, it was always there as a background, unnoticed, but became more intense as I grew up, it was something I had to re-adjust my life around later on, it became a part of me.
