Past lives and depression

But, if I had a life as a person born around 1935-1940, which I suspect based on vague memories, then it is possible I could have been a fan of Sinatra in that lifetime!
"Frankie" Sinatra was the first teen idol in the 40s. Girls went wild over him, just like the Beatles 20 years later.

Sooo sorry to bump this thread again, but I'm posting this here mainly for personal reference and so I don't forget. I thought of something today. ..
No need to apologise. It's all very interesting. Put things in whenever you want. That's what we're here for.

I have a crush on Sinatra too. It was considered very odd, growing up in the 1960-70s. But I don't care. We like what we like. These kinds of things are often clues.

My thoughts came quickly when reading your remarks Soldier68; do not use such things as an excuse for anything. Even if you were an angry marine at some point in a previous lifetime, you were also a teenager having to deal with the same things that you face this time around. On the other hand you might consider where those characteristics got you last time and look at your present circumstances to seek a resolution since it is your present task to get beyond that.

Depressions can be good teachers if you learn how to handle them, just try to not diminish the lives of others while working through your issues. Anger is simply a measure of your inability to know and accept yourself, especially in relationship with others; this makes it a good teacher also so pay attention to what they have to teach you.
