Posting for my daughter!

Hi

I'm not new on the forum, but don't post often. However, my daughter asked me to post and ask whether anybody here has heard of other children with past lives in India, (sometime during the British Raj).

Since infancy (before I became aware of having PL stuff going on myself) she's given some "light" indications of remembering a different environment - then when she was three, an Indian dancer came into her nursery school and she was just absolutely obsessed. Since then (she's now 10), she's read every book she's ever been given about, or set in, India many times over - and I've promised to take her there on a trip when she's 12. She isn't traumatised and it's not a problem but she would be interested to know if other children have had similar experiences (I only know adults who had such strong connections to particular places as children - and none to India!)

Thanks!

When I was a kid, I was obsessed with anything from the 1950s-1970s (music, TV, movies, clothes, historical events). It became sort of a running joke in my family that I knew more about it than they did. $P$

When I first came across Carol's book in middle school (the 1990s), I thought, "Ohhhh... it all makes sense now!"

Why yes I do have a Indian Past life, only gotten the death memorie. It was 252 BC, I was an Aryan Cheiftan named Koosna and me and my men were chearing with fists and Kabanas looking swords raised up but I did not last to indulge in the victory for I was harpooned in the back through my gut with a spear. I was in the Jungle when this happened.

Hi Mazal,

This all sounds past life related to me. Yes, there are quite a few people who recall Indian lives. I have a few snippets, but not a lot of detail really.

Perhaps try a search of the forum and see what you can find?

Is there a local Indian or Hindu community in your area? See if there is a "Vedanta Society" near you. If so, you could contact them and arrange to visit with your daughter. I guarantee they will be most interested in meeting your daughter. I assume you know they believe in reincarnation. They also have classes for the Indian children so they don't loose their culture.
