Regression curing present day illness.

In Carol Bowman’s book Children’s Past Lives, she mentions that a past life regression can cure present life illnesses or conditions. In chapter 7, page 157, Tineke Noordegraaf says that past life therapy can help with such things as palsy, phobias, diabetes and sleep disorders. My niece has been diagnosed with a mild form of palsy. Can anyone expand on this at all?

The quick answer to your question is "yes" and "no".

Healing is one of those areas that touches on many issues.

There are some things that are simply "meant to be" and the universe will emphatically let you know if you're meddling in something that ought not be changed. That's only happened to me once. During a healing, I saw a Star of David with Hebrew writing on it shimmering in shades of shocking pink and purple. A voice said, "STOP!" I did -- but it just about broke my heart because I realized I wasn't going to be allowed to help this person I loved more than anything in the world. I don't read Hebrew, so I haven't a clue as to why this was the case. I only know that I was skirting a line that ought not to be crossed.

I gave up working along these lines shortly after -- it seemed pointless to continue a calling if there were areas that simply weren't open to the laws of grace. What good was being a healer if I couldn't heal those I loved most? It was an emotional decision rather than a spiritual one I know; but very much in tune with my feelings at the time.

Now then, I used a method that's a tad different than regression but I imagine the same would hold true. So yes, it is possible to release illness, but not in all cases. And then too, I often wonder if the problem was that I had a personal investment in this person's state of health. One never knows. There are, unfortunately, no absolutes.

Nevertheless, it doesn't hurt to try. I will keep good thoughts for your success in this endeavor.

Hi Mousie,
I don't think that not being allowed to heal someone is very common. Everything is possible so I'm not saying that it can't happen, but I have never heard of it before. The person you tried to heal might not have been ready for it. Maybe you wanted to heal this person more than he/she wanted to be helped at that time. I think that it often can be difficult to heal persons that we are too close to. Then the healers personal whishes easily comes in the way and complicte things. And if you, as you write, had a personal investment in that persons health it must have made it more complicated.

Usually if some condition are ment to be, I think that this person doesn't come in contact with healing. I think that it is rather their ego which doesn't wan't healing not that the universe which doesn't allow it.

I'm just curios, which kind of healing do and did you use? It used to be a healing section here before but I was hardly used. I do different kinds of energy healing, so I'm very interested in the subject.

Sarge and Stargil, I think you should try regression. If your intuition says that it would help then it will.

Hi Veronika:

The answer to your question is a bit difficult. What I did was actually a skill I came into this life with, so I'd classify it as a form of "intuitive" healing closely related to channeling. At least, that's what two third degree Reiki practioners and I postulated (when we all converged in one of those 'non-coincidental conincidences' the universe seems to arrange.) They, of course, thought this "accidental meeting" was my "wake-up" call to get back to work. It probably was, but I no longer have the heart to try. So, I'm just puttering on with my life.

However, I do know that what I did was very different than any technique currently taught. A psychic who once saw me work said she'd never seen anyone enter into the level that I did, nor employ a method that had such unusual visual effects.

Personally, I tried not to deal with visuals; they distracted me. I just tuned into "there" and pulled forth whatever information and assistance I needed and acted accordingly with whatever came to me. There wasn't any hard and fast rules; every case was different.

I suspect this technique isn't new, but rather has been "forgotten" in the course of time (but has remained buried somewhere inside of me). It's there when I choose to tune in and "do".

I know this isn't much help in answering your question, but that's more or less the case.

well, I think if you want to heal it could be possible...

I could not get pregnant because I had Endometriose and something else wich I don't know how to explain in english.

But after two years being treated with healing hands (how do you call this??) and a regression to a past life filled with sexual and physicall abuse, I became pregnant.

I told my story somewhere on this forum...can't find the thread so quick...
If you are interested i will look him up
