My son was two years old, it was 1969 and we were preparing to go to the zoo. We were at the door and I was saying goodbye to my mom and my son asked if we were going to see his other mommy. I looked at him and asked,
"what other mommy?" He replied, "the one that we have to take a train to her house."
I became fearful and replied no, we are going to the zoo." Now, I had just recently began to read about reincarnation and I knew it was real but I was fearful and did not follow up. I did not know how to follow up I have always regretted not questioning him at the time.
I later read a book about children who remembered their past lives and I called my mom and told her about it. It was 1989. By this time she was living in South Carolina and my grandson was visiting with her.She never had the interest in the subject that I did, but the following day, she was driving with my grandson along a back road and they passed an old house, my grandson told her, this was where he lived with his grandfather, he was so excited by this and she asked him when this was, He told her it was when he was here before. She asked him what happened and he told her his grandfather had died and he moved away. By this time they had reached their destination, which was to pick up my nephew, when he climbed into the car, the subject was forgotten. A few months later I drove my grandson past this house and asked him about it but he knew nothing. He had forgotten.
So, I just wanted to say how pleased I was when I read Childrens Past Lives. and Thank You.
