Research on childrens´past lives in other countries

This is supposed to be partly question, partly information...I am very interested if reincarnation research is carried out in other countries than America (which, as, apart from Carol´s research, I mostly think of the research performed at the University of Virginia, the cases from India, Sri Lanka, Lebanon etc.). I know about some older cases (I think they are from the early 20th century, I need to look it up) from France and Italy which seem to be linked to the spiritistic movement. And the is a case collection from the late Hernani Andrade from Brazil, which I am ot able to read as I do not understand Portuguese. A Guy here in Germany has published a book which mostly includes cases buy Ian Stevenson and Erlendur Haraldsson (to give an overview on the topic) but also includes two German cases that he investigated using the strict and scientific methods Ian Stevenson used to apply. I do not own the book as it is pretty expensive and only includes those two cases that would be new to me...I am curious: Are cases being studies in other countries (European countries, Australia,...) as well? Or is the topic discussed? There seems to be active research in Brazil but, as I told you, I cannot read Portuguese...
Thank you!

There is of course research/documented cases in other countries like Australia, but not exclusively on children's past lives. A Dr. Peter Ramster comes to mind here. I also think that with the invention of the web, we are moving into the realm of self-documented and self-published cases now ... even if these were/are not overseen by the likes of Stevenson etc., they are no less worthy. On the other hand I've seen documented/published cases that don't stand up to scrutiny.

Peter Ramster's great documentary video is on YouTube (12 parts) and also segments are in the video archive section of this forum. I also have noticed that many of the reincarnation videos on YouTube are now available in German. I think a country's culture has a lot to do with how interested they are in reincarnation. Asian's take the theory for granted. Catholic countries may be less inclined. In case you don't know you can download most YouTube videos and save to your computer, disc, etc. There are free programs on the internet for downloading videos.
