Hello, My Son Tristan is 4 yrs old now but all this stuff has started when he was about 2 years old. when he was about 2 yrs old he would have very bad dreams and I had him sleep with me, he would not sleep in his room, I put a nite light up and we would look under the bed for Monsters and tell him it was ok, so anyway he has been sleeping with me every sence then. But when he was 3 years old I would find him talking to someone and at first, I just did not really think much of it,he would play with what ever it was and it made him very very happy, then one nite and this is very scary to me, I woke up and he was siting up in bed talking to this thing and he was crying and saying please dont hurt me I thought we where friends, I just layed there and did not move he talked with this thing for about 10 more min and then he said, I wont hurt my mom and that is when i stoped it, I asked him who he was talking to he said the man over there. this is all I will say about that as i could write a book, ok now he is four and he has told me that he can remember when he was a man and that he died he did not say died he said " I passed out for a long time" and he tells me the man that is his friend is him, can this be true, could if he died in a past life could that person be with him now? I need to know what to do and what to do about it...thanks

Hi Ladonna

That is scary... there are a lot of possibilties, but I have a couple of questions.

Does your son watch violent cartoons or music videos? Some of the stuff on TV and the images kids see on MTV are very unhealthy for them.

Do you live in a very old house? You could be having a haunting.

Is Tristan doing well in other areas of his life? Does he get along well with other children?

You may need to consult a professional child psychologist... I can't say for certain what you are dealing with. I do know that prayer is powerful, and if you can teach him to pray it may help.

Moonbeam, Thank you so very much for replying to me, Tristan does not watch violent cartoons or movies or music videos, he loves to watch veggie tales, most of the tv he watches I will watch befor he can. as for him getting along with other children yes he plays well with other kids his age, he has a bit of trouble sharing but other than that he does great with it, as for the house we live in it is very old, I never thought about how it could be because of that, I will have to look into finding him a psychologist I am not sure he needs that but is something I will think about, we are christains so I know how the power of prayer works, thank you for your help it was much needed .I am so very worryed about this and hope it goes away for my sake and Tristan's if you have any more ideal's please let me know, have a blessed day.
thanks Donna

Welcome LaDonna,

I believe it *is* possible that the "man" is himself, in a sense...I have found thru my own experiences that it is possible to be in more than one place/body at a time. However, it is also quite possible that he is mistaking the man...possibly the man was someone from his past life, such as a relative who appeared very much like your son. Or perhaps the entity has misled your son on purpose. Apparently, the relationship has built up over time...maybe now is the time he feels your son will trust him.
I'm not sure what I'd do in your place. I would not see *just any* psychologist, because probably the majority would chalk it up to Tristan's imagination. I might look into regression to see what past life incident is affecting.

Best wishes to you,
DJ

LaDonna,

Hmm.. I agree, it *could* be your son's past self, but I don't think it is. You said your house is very old... Do you know the history of it? Instead of psychologist, what about a medium? There may be something in your house other than just your family. I believe that children are *very* open to the paranormal and tend to notice things that most adults have become 'immune' too. Kids haven't had people tell them for years and years to quit making up 'stories'. Evil spirits can be very coniving to get what they want. They'll befriend you and then start their wicked ways. I'd have a medium walk through your house and possibly try to exorcise it if there is something bad lurking there.

Good luck!

Sarah

Dear LaDonna,

As a mother of four sons (two are adults), I
have to weigh in with Moonbeam.

I wouldn't rush into the paranormal either.
I dont' see how that would help your son
even if you did have a haunting and even if
you went as far to try to have it removed
which doesn't always work. It won't work if
that isn't the problem and it may not if it is.

You can always get references for any psyco-
logist and interview him or her first. I
have done that, to be sure I didn't get a
snap diagnosis, to be sure I am comfortable,
and I pay attention to the questions I am
asked. If, at any time, you become uncomfor-
table with a therapist, remember you hired
and you can fire and locate another.

I have a son in his mid teens and a devout
Christian. This is important to him and I
support his beliefs however I feel privately.
I would be glad to ask him to pray for you
and your son as I know he will be happy to
add you to his prayer list.

My Very Wishes to You and Your Son, Kat
