When my son was 4 years old he had an intense vivid past life wound memory that I suspect caused his death.
I was in the kitchen cooking dinner and he was in the livingroom watching cartoons. Everything was normal and fine when suddenly he screamed at the top of his lungs like he'd hurt himself. I went tearing out to see what he'd done to hurt himself. He'd been sitting real close to the TV and was curled up in a ball on his side, clutching his stomach crying in pain.
I quickly looked around for toys or anything that he could have hurt himself with but there was nothing. I searched his body quickly looking for blood or anything, and again, nothing. I asked him what was wrong and he pointed to the TV crying and told me that he..."knew what that felt like...". Confused I watched the TV which was playing a popular Pizza commercial. There was an extreme close-up of a knife cutting through a big red tomato with other pizza ingredients like cheese, sausage etc. laying around too.
I asked him again what he meant and he told me that he'd had a big knive cut across his belly just like on TV with the tomato! He said it burned so bad and he got sick and couldn't walk. Suddenly I understood what was going on with him and stopped looking for current time injuries.
As is often the case, just the right combination of things...colors, smells, sounds etc., align and they closely match some past life event/trauma/death/serious wound etc. and we have an instant flash recall of a past life event or death. For my 4 year old son, the close-up images on the pizza commercial of the knife cutting the red tomato did the trick and triggered a past life trauma and probably his death.
Years later when he was a teenager he saw his first photo in a magazine of the Sphinx in Egypt. He stared at it with a huge frown across his brow and suddenly looked up at me and said, "The rest of it is still buried under the sand! It's on top of a huge raised stone platform with stair steps leading up to it." I grinned at him because I'd remembered this same thing and more myself but had never told him. It is funny the strange little snippets we remember from our past lives.
