Hi my name is Cristina,
My husband and I were watching a show called "Uncovered" when we heard Carol speak of her son Chase. Ironically enough my son with the same name, use to say odd things that at first I dismissed as imaginary.
From the time he could talk, he would tell people about the time when he was an adult. He would tell us he was 42 and a police officer. He even went as far as to tell us he used to smoke! He was very, matter of fact! It would give me chills.
Sometimes when I would be talking with friends, he would interrupt us by mentioning how he used to recall doing the same thing, when he was a "kid". Note, he told me this when he was 4 years old. This went on until he was about 7 or 8. He is now 11, and I recently asked him if he remembered saying those things to me. He laughed, and said ,"oh yeah! I kinda remember."
I would also like to memtion, he has always had extreemely vivid dreams, where he is very active, talking, sometimes his eyes wide open. Another experience occurred at a local zoo, when he was about 3 years old. We went by the gorilla exhibit. There were probably six or seven gorillas behind this large saftey glass two of which were female. It was the middle of the afternoon, hot, and the gorillas were not very active. In fact they were all hiding in the trees located in the back of the exhibit. Never the less we stopped to look. I placed my son up to the glass. He placed his tiny hands on the glass, and I saw the female gorilla come racing down to the glass and place her hands on the glass directly over my sons. I was shocked! It was a calming and beautiful experience. I have pictures of the event. I remember other parents putting thier children next to the glass so the gorilla would touch where thier childrens hands were, but the female never moved her hands from my sons.
I can't wait to read similar experiences on this site.
