Wanting someone back from your past life - How to deal?

Hello friends,

How are you all? I'm well, all things considered. I have work at 11 this morning, but I wanted to ask a question. I've been dealing with some past life sadness and for lack of better term... wanting or longing, I think is the better word. I've been missing my past life mother, and father. I have my siblings and I'm beyond grateful for them being here again - but I wonder why our parents haven't returned. It's hard me to comprehend why they aren't here - even if they could be here spiritually, but not physically - that's not easy for me to comprehend. I know that people do not incarnate as everyone else does - they choose not to for their own reasons. Maybe they are finished with everything or maybe they need to heal better... But it is hard to comprehend why they aren't here with us. My one past-life sister says that maybe we are too dependent of them and that is precisely why they are not here. But all children are dependent (even in adulthood) of their parents. Then again there are children who are not, and who do not have their parents to depend on. So maybe this thread is not worth the post? I don't know. I'm just thinking out loud at this point.

Another friend told me that parents no matter what are connected to their children, even the ones from the past-life. He told me that what I seek will come to me. Everything always comes back to us in the cosmic circle of things. He said be patient and they will return and we will know it when they do, etc. He also said that yes parents have their own misgivings and feelings, and yet at the same time will always return when their children need them. I know this isn't always true but it's something I can be hopeful about right?

It's especially hard when we saw them die before us. To have been raised by them, and then watched them die so brutally, right before us was a lot - it still is a lot to take in. I won't lie, I've been hurt numerous times for believing in some or another of being one or both of them. My siblings and I are tired of the constant back and forth - though it's stopped - it used to be pretty bad years ago. It's either they fit their personalities or they look like them, and then it isn't them. I know that people change in life-times and physical similarities aren't 100% everything but why should we children reincarnate and not our parents?

Sure we've got our parents in this life. We've got that in this life and most people would probably say "Why can't you be grateful for what you have now?" or "Be happy you have parents who are in your life." I get it. Not everyone has a parent or parents who support them. To be perfectly honest, my parents are in my life but not as much as I'd like them to be. Maybe this is why I long so much to see or talk to my past-life ones? Maybe this is why I want them back so badly?

I have a parent from one past life, and we are very close and I'm beyond grateful to have her back in my life. We don't talk as much as I'd like to but that's understandable and she has her own life to live. But the life-time where these two parents figure is harder. Even some of my siblings have recently told me that they talk with claimants of this particular past-life - relatives on social media in hopes of possibly finding our mother and father. Of course we know how foolish that is but we cannot help it. We may be adults now but even adults can be considered as large children. Children with adult mindsets and adult lives. But we are still children. So yes we may be adults now, but we still miss them and pine/long for them.

On top of this, the pandemic situation the World is all in right now... it doesn't make things any easier to stomach or contend with. This year has been nothing but triggers, reminding constantly of this particular past life. There is no real connection like dates or year - the anniversary of everyone's death recently passed and I thought that if that passed and last month passed by, we could be happier. Fat chance of that happening. Everything that is happening is so reminiscent of back then. The civil unrest, the rumors of war, and revolution - protests and rioting, all of it is so reminiscent of that life-time.

Anyways, I'm rambling and should whip up some breakfast. Eating helps, definitely. Thanks for listening, and I hope you are all well and healthy. <3

Hello, insearchof_1785:

I wanted to say, that I understand what you feel, that sadnes you talk about - I know too well what it is....

Now, I'm sorry for what I'm going to do.

I want to add a spoonful of salt into your - and my - cup of coffee, so to say.

In the middle of the lockdown I paticipated in a couple of webinars dedicated to passed lives, and was astounded there by an idea that I wonder how it had never occured to myself before. It turns out that all our PLs dear ones simply don't exist anymore, they were like actors in a play (or a film) that is no longer running.
Suppose, I encounter a soul in LBL that was interpreting the role of my mother in one of my PLs. This soul is no longer my mother, it has other obligations, duties, assignments, roles. I cannot expect it to behave like when it was my mother, it may be mother to someone else I don't even know. Expecting it to behave like my PL mother would be like expecting Arnold Schwarzenegger, if you meet him in some public place, to behave like a Terminator - it's no longer his role, he has nothing to do with that personage anymore.

Something like this.

Wish you all the best.

Hi Insearchoff_1785,

I know that people change in life-times and physical similarities aren't 100% everything but why should we children reincarnate and not our parents?

I guess you are aware that we are not the product of one particular past life. We are Souls and we keep on coming to live numerous lives on Earth and for various reasons. I just checked your account for your current age and according to your account, you are 30 at the moment. This makes it safe to say the following: Grow up! (friendly voice, no intention to hurt you, only a little shaking up).

You're wondering why 'parents' don't reincarnate? Well, you've been a parent as well in history. If you identify yourself with the eternal child, you forget to realize that maybe a bunch of former kids of your own is wondering what keeps you from passing by in this life. ;)

Cyrus, and fireflydancing, thank-you for your advice and also sharing your thoughts. I'm very tired from work, it was a very long day haha. But thanks for your thoughts, etc! ^_^

Hi, everybody:

Well, that's how I see it.

We are here not for our pleasure and nobody has to make all this fuss with reincarnation just to please us.

So, the best one can do, I believe, is to get maximum one can out of one's current life while it's possible, so that when it's finished, one leaves nothing that could generate any frustration, phobia etc. in one's next life.

Enjoy our dear ones here and now, and be prepared that any sense of happiness will last only as long as our current body exists. One can't be happy across lives, only here and now.

IMHO.

Best wishes to all of you.

Ghiorgos Sabanis "Wild Sea":

Well, maybe because when one dies and later reincarnates, some time usually passes, and all one's dear ones cease to exist physically, too.

They all may meet in LBL, of course, but it's not the same.

I know well enough, I guess, what it feels like to be happy when I'm here in the physical world, but alas, I have no idea about LBL.

N.B. Maybe I misused the word "sense" in that post of mine. It should have been "feeling". English is not my mother tongue, so I present my excuses for this error.
In Spanish the word "sentido" can mean "sense", "feeling", "meaning" - depending on the context. I wanted to use the Spanish word "sentido" as "feeling", and wrongly tranlsated it as "sense", only because both these words take their origin from the same Latin root.

P.S. I know (from regression) that somewhere in Tuscany (Italy) there is a grave, my PL grave, who was killed in a war at the age of 25 in 1940. I almost go there to begin searching for that grave, but I supressed that impulse. Somewhere close to that grave there must be the house where I had been born and raised.

Best regards.

Insearchof,

Thanks for taking the time to share will all of us your personal inner experiences as soul. I really like the statement (( Everything always comes back to us in the cosmic circle of things.)) That my friend is divine karma in action. And from the sound of this these souls you want back in your life are a part of your soul group. Because even death itself cannot break the bonds of love has love transcends this world because it resonate on a much higher plane. When we incarnate with our soul group not all of them are present in the physical in certain lifetimes. Sometimes they do but not always.

What usually happens is part of them do incarnate with us here while others resided on the higher dimensions during our manifesting upon the earth plane. This however poses no problem to soul. As soul actually exists on all the dimensions of reality all at once. However as human beings we are not normally aware of this because we have to deal with the lower ego and the mind which does not have access to these other higher dimensions. This causes us to feel we are separated from those souls that we love and have a bond with. But this is actually an illusion of the lower mind. Because at night when we sleep we leave the body nightly and travel to those other dimensions were the rest of our soul group reside in. Therefore the relationship still continues regardless whether we are aware of it on the physical or not. This is just my opinion on this but I believe the reason for this is so that they can be our guardian angles if you will or spiritual helpers while we are here experiencing spiritual boot camp in the lower worlds of duality, time and space. Because lets face it life here can is very limited, confined, negative and hard to endure at times. As the physical plane is the lowest dimension possible for soul to exist in. Even the lower astral is a step up in vibrational frequency although not much.

Hope this helps some. And again thank you for your interesting story of your journey home as soul.

Love and peace...

P.
