If spirit can see the future, then they have information they are surely acting on. They cannot ignore the information therefore they have an agenda. If they would have put a different soul in bin Laden, the world experience would have been different. Did they do it on purpose? Who's in charge and what are they really trying to accomplish? Same for every other soul in every other human. Is it a plan? Does this not offend you? We should own our own future.

Nobody can see the future, which is in the process of being created at every given moment.
So, no problem with ben Laden's soul, either.
IMHO
In Michael Newton's books he cites elders that show you possible futures depending on which life you reincarnate into. Combine that with statements like the past present and future all exist together in spirit. Combine that with nostradamas's ability to see the future. Combine that with hypnotic regression Showing that Some spirits today knew each other from lives before which would have to be planned in advance.

In Michael Newton's books the future that is shown you is for a very short duration and in the form of a possible prediction, based on the information available.
The longer the time lapse, the information amount necessary to elaborate an acceptable prediction, grows catastrophically, and in practice, all such information becomes unavailable, which makes the prediction very dubious.
The rest is just a wishful thinking.
