Past life regression

Hello

How can this be done on a budget? I live in east TN, and as far as I can tell there is no past life specialist here and I'm not rich by any means, so how can this be done on a budget? I want to look into my past, but I already can tell its dark. I do not know anyone local who wouldnt think i am crazy. So I'm kinda stuck. Thank you :)

Hello Night!

In the Past Life Regression Therapy section of this forum, there are threads about self-hypnosis and such. When you click the link in the signature of the admin inhaltslos, you will find a page where there should be an article or two about how to retrieve memories.

I don't have the means to go to a therapist either. No therapist here, and the rest of the family do not believe in reincarnation the way I do. I would have to talk to them before I spend so much money... so my situation is similar to yours.
For those of us who can't visit a therapist, self-regression, mediation and other such methods will have to do I fear.

I also live in East TN. (*^_^*) I also cannot afford an actual regression session. I was happy to have found these forums, though. In the Past Life Regression forum, someone posted a link to a YouTube video of Brian Wiess. It was a short past life regression session.

I tried it last night. I was really skeptical because I tried countless YouTube vids before for guided regression and they were trash. This one was much different. I was able to relax and visualize things. I saw a couple of flashes and did have a bit of an emotional reaction to something. It wasn't how I thought it was going to be, though. It wasn't like having a dream or actually being there. I can't describe it, except to say that my experience seemed genuine. I highly recommend his video!

Nice! Now the big question. I'm on the spectrum. So slowing my mind down is a constant battle so I'd feel more comfortable being coached or someone guiding me

I am as well! That also has been a problem for me with meditation. It is extremely hard for me to relax fully and to clear my mind. I was able to better than usual last night when I listened to his video. Like I said, I was able to get a flash or two and a very strong emotional reaction, neither of which I have been able to achieve before when I would try. It happened very quickly too. He is very good at making you feel relaxed and he tells you not to worry about if it's your imagination or not and not to dwell on things, just be and feel. It was a very simple approach that seemed to work for me.

The only thing that bothered me was the garden he makes you visualize. It is supposed to be the safe space. Well, I ended up visualizing an actual garden from my past life, and though I did not see it, I knew that *something* bad happened there. That was the emotional reaction I mentioned. >_< I guess that it ended up good for me that I learned something but it wasn't what I supposed to be visualizing atm and I wasn't quite ready. Lol

Anyway, I hope it works for you too! (*^_^*)

Don't thank me, thank the ones who posted about him in the other thread. :p I had never heard of him before so probably wouldn't have come across him on YouTube on my own.

Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for you. (*^_^*)

I learned something from this site about self-hypnosis that I did not know before despite my understanding of NLP eye position and hypnosis. Perhaps having your eyes in this position would help.
