I'm discovering new ones all the time. There seems to be an entire team of them there, all doing different things. Some I've only had glimpses of and some haven't been revealed at all yet. Maybe they never will and are happy working in the background.
As I understand it, all the guides we have apart from our main one work with a number of different people at different times. Our main guide, however, stays with us and only us. This is my understanding, at least, although obviously it could be wrong.
There is a danger of becoming over-reliant on knowing about your guides, as I've seen with a few people I've encountered so far on my journey. I'm sure the guides do a lot behind the scenes we're unaware of consciously, in terms of influencing the mind with inspiration, setting up synchronicities, etc and I'm sure it would be a lot harder without them there. However, the danger is in relying too heavily on them to do everything for you, rather than living your life and taking responsibility yourself.
I've recently joined a circle where working with guides and getting to know them is important, so I'm beginning, through this and meditation, to learn what some of them do.
There is at least one guide (Stasul) who works with me on my developing trance mediumship.
There is another (Jeff) who helps me with my spirit art.
I am also aware of at least one healing guide, who shows me a silhouette of the human body, with areas of the person that need healing lit up in orange. This has always been correct so far and confirmed by the people I've been giving healing to.
One I've seen a few times confirmed his name for me as Abraham. He is apparently there to impart wisdom and inspiration, as he said he is there assisting with my logical and inquisitive mind.
Each of them has their own particular energy I feel when they're coming in to work with me, as well as visual call-signs they give me.
There are others I'm aware of too, but who I am not completely familiar with yet. I think everyone has a team working with them, and it's good to get to know them and what they do, but without a reliance on them to do everything for you.
