All in your reality is of your own Making?

Hi all. Due to a current situation I am dealing with, I simply must request further explanation to a statement made by Deborah in the "Heart Center" thread. Yoo Hoo, Deborah, Need your assistance here. As well as everyone else's 2 cents. Quantum physics probably is not that easy to explain however at this moment in my life, it is imperative for me to understand the below statement and how we can in fact create all of what is within our reality/ preferrably concerning angels and spirit guides however I must understand it in full to get the gist of that I would imagine.

HI Crissy2,
Quantum Physics will tell you - everything in your reality- is of your making. The chair, the book, the apple, etc. This is also true for demons, angels and spirit guides (according to Deepak Chopra - and others who are researching the phenomenon). I could explain this but do not want to de-rail Ailish's thread about the heart center.

Dear Deborah and Carol. Please forgive me if this has nothing to do with reincarnation. Or maybe it does, I do not know, but what I do know is that I have found friends within this forum and the above statement is now hitting me on a very personal level and to put it quite frankly, I really don't have anywhere else to turn.

Thank you in advance.

HI Crissy2,

Aili have given you several great threads. The best way to begin explaining would be for me to refer to the book "The Isaiah Effect," by Gregg Braden. In it he addresses how thoughts, feelings and emotions are very powerful things.:

Emotion may be considered the source of power that drives us forward toward our goals in life. It is through the energy of our emotion that we fuel our thoughts to make them real. In itself, however, the power of emotion may be scattered and without direction, It is in the presence of thought that our emotion is given direction, breathing life into the image of our thoughts. (pg 150)

He sees our thoughts as the guidance system that directs our emotions;

“It is the image or idea created by our thought that determines where our emotion and attention are directed. In the absence of emotion, there is no power to make our thoughts real.” (pg#150)

Braden suggests that the feeling center is also the heart center. He states,

“Feelings may exist only in the presence of thought and emotion, for it represents the union of the two. When we feel, we are experiencing the desire of our emotions merged with the imagination of our thoughts.” (#150)

Braden is not the first to reflect on the concept of these three energy centers. Schwaller de Lubicz called them the “three intelligence's” and spoke deeply about the alignment and possibilities of working with them.

Braden sees the 'feeling center' as the heart center so ultimately they are one in the same. Here is another excerpt from Braden's work. :)

"The key to choosing one outcome torn among many possible outcomes is our ability to feel as if our choice has already come to pass. From our previous definition of prayer as "feeling," then, stated another way, we are invited to find the quality of thought and emotion that produces such a feeling-living as if our prayer had already been answered.

For how may we benefit from the effect of our thought and emotion, if each pattern is moving in a random direction? If, on the other hand, the patterns of our prayer are focused into union, how can the "stuff" of creation fail to respond to our prayer?

When thought, feeling, and emotion are not aligned, each may be considered as out of phase with the others. While there may be brief areas of overlap, much of the pattern is unfocused, working in different directions, independent of the rest of the pattern. The result is a scattering of ENERGY.

For, example, if our thought is "I chose the perfect mate in my life," a pattern of energy is released that expresses that thought. Any feeling or emotion that is not in sync with our thought is incapable of EMPOWERING our choice of a perfect mate. If they are misaligned through feelings that we are not worthy of having such a perfect partner or emotions of fear, our patterns may actually hinder our choice from becoming our outcome."

The key here is UNION - without the union of these "intelligence's" there is no clear focus, or VISION.

I highly recommend Deepak Chopra's book Life After Death - The Burden of Proof. He addresses in several chapters, how we perceive ghosts, spirit guides and HOW we are the creators of our reality. He points out that the mechanism by which angels are created is called projection and further states that the Vedic rishis proclaim that projection is the way consciousness creates reality. Perhaps I will have time later to post a few excerpts.

Wishing you the best - always,

This reminds me of the several things:

1. The Dhammapada, the Buddha's great work.

2. The Seth Material, a system of metaphysics published in the 1960's and 70's by Jane Roberts and Robert Butts.

Cypress Seth Links

Some quotes (from the Seth Material):

"You create your reality according to your beliefs and expectations, therefore you should examine these carefully. If you do not like some aspect of your world, then examine your own expectations."

"Realize that your physical experience and environment is the materialization of your beliefs. If you find great exuberance, health, effective work, abundance, smiles on the faces of those who you meet, then take it for granted that your beliefs are beneficial. If you see a world that is good, people like you, take it for granted again, that your beliefs are beneficial. But if you find poor health, a lack of meaningful work, a lack of abundance, a world of sorrow and evil, then assume your beliefs are faulty and begin examining them."

"Your world is formed in faithful replica of your own thoughts...If you think positive suggestions to yourself about a situation you send telepathic ammunition for positive use. You must learn to erase a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite."

Thank you Ailish, Deborah and Justin.

I have much to ponder and some to say however I'm going back to work at this moment so it may not be until tomorrow that I can respond.

At this moment in my life, I am dealing with a big issue. I believe this issue may actually be a very large lesson. All inclusive of spiritually, emotionally, psychologically and physically.

It may not actually come to a resolve without me having to visit a psychic or God willing; someone come in contact with me that can whole heartedly view the situation and read to me what I am intended to know. It has been draining but I'm certain there is a lesson behind it; now I must find it. (sigh)

Those crossroads can be difficult -- when there are choices to make and lessons to learn.

I hope you've gotten the chance to sit and read the threads and posts others have made -- and also do a little bit of thinking.

Don't hesitate to ask questions based on the things we've posted -- we'll try our very best to help.

Ailish :)

Hi Crissy,

I think Justin's post is very insightful. I've found that almost all the roadblocks in my life have been caused by my own expectations. That is one thing we can have some control over, but too often we allow it to control us. Expect in your heart that you will find the answers and solutions you need and desire, and try connecting that to your meditations.

Luckily, somehow I have begun to live without any expectations, and not only is my life much calmer and serene, but I seem to be more openly receptive to spiritual thoughs and idea. And best of all, I seldom worry now. This has quite slowly evolved over the past few years, but has only come together during the last several months, so I might not explain it very well.

Thanks for the great insight. Sometimes it's so easy to forgot.

we turn to blame other, That seems so easy,so easy...

If we always examine ourselves, we will find some trouble with others, the answer is inside ourselves!

If we learned right skills, we will deal with others easily and gracefully.

our world seems not perfect, just because we don't have the ability to see the perfection yet.: angel

Creating our own reality is a very interesting concept and from the little I have read about it, it is something I would like to read more about.

While we do create our own reality, I don't think it's simply a matter of that as it is letting go of expectations and allowing what is in our heart/soul to come to the surface. In that way we can begin to live the life that we were meant to live.

Hi Crissy,

Obviously you are very troubled about something at the moment. It is hard to know exactly how to respond without having any idea at all of what is going on. Perhaps you could give us a tiny hint, while still maintaining the confidentiality of others who may be involved, etc?

The best thing I can recommend is to try to keep a grip on your thoughts and trying as much as possible to control your impulses and don't over react to whatever it is that is going on. It is your thoughts which are primarily responsible for the creating of your own reality (don't worry too much about the mechanics of how this works, that is a very long and involved story and not really important in the midst of a crisis. You can study up on that in your leisure).

Most people expend precious little effort controlling their thoughts - whether optimistic, pessimistic, aggressive or helpless and so, of course, they expereience themselves being swept along by the tide of circumstances. However, if you devote a lot of energy to consciously thinking positive thoughts, visualise an outcome that you want, keep your cool and don't be distracted by what everyone else is up to, it won't work instantly (because you are not a 'master' at doing this yet) but gradually, gradually your situation will begin to improve.

It will certainly help you maintain some focus on what it is you are trying to achieve and in keeping your interactions with others rational and as calm as possible. Worst case scenario, it will make you feel better and more calm and in control. Remind yourself that you are a very powerful entity in human form and just 'use the force' to bend your thoughts towards a solution to your problem, not stressing about the 'problem' that is occuring.

I know this works because I have been doing it now for several years and I am beginning to close the gap between thinking whatever and having it manifest 'out there' although there is still some time lag. It depends how big the 'thing' is and how many other people are involved and how much energy I expend on thinking about it.

All the best with it and I hope you can work it out.

So is one intelligence superior to the other? Braden seems to suggest that by thinking "I am with the perfect mate" the rest will follow.....

Not sure I'm buying that one. Although I do whole heartedly agree that if they are all aligned you could be in a state of bliss.

Unfortunately for me, my thoughts always seem to be of the future, my emotions reflect my present surroundings and my feelings stay hidden behind both. :o

The way I see it we have an objective 'out there' reality. We also have our internal 'reality' - our thoughts and emotions. If we can align our thoughts differently as to what we are experiencing 'out there' we can adjust

a/ how we think and feel about what is going on 'out there'
b/ what is actually going on 'out there'

'a' is considerably easier to do than 'b', although it is not by any means easy and takes practice.

To take a very simple basic example, if you are in a relationship with someone and it is not going too well, you can adjust how you feel about that by adjusting your thoughts about it. You can think to yourself 'eveything is hopeless, what a mess, what terrible luck I have, this person can't possibly be my soul mate, love is impossible, I must be a worthless unloveable person, blah blah blah...'.

Or you can think 'Gosh, things are a bit difficult at the moment, my partner seems to be unhappy, perhaps I need to do something differently, lift my game, try a bit harder, be a bit more patient, make a nice meal for us both tonight, ask him what's wrong....'.

This is just one simple example of how your thoughts can directly influence your actual experience, no magic involved. Thinking defeatist and negative thoughts will not usually help you in bringing about optimistic and positive outcomes.

Thinking optimistic and positive thoughts is obviously a much better place to start. When you practice and get really good at it, you would be amazed what can start happening.

It won't happen overnight.....:)

One thing I'd like to add to this is that occasionally things we desire aren't always necessarily the things we need and therefore sometimes chaos ensues. I think it's important to "let go" of some things.

A perfect example would be the house we just lost out on ... we made an offer on a fixer-upper house (mostely elbow grease, some paint, etc. ... not structural stuff). It was a major opportunity for us to have twice the house for about the same amount of money. It's a long story, but I have to admit that I'm a bit bummed. At the same time, I'm a believer that *some* things just weren't meant to be on our current paths and we have to just "let them go." There are things that weren't handled properly and I could genuinely cause problems for our realtor ... but I really feel like it's one of those things that if I pushed it, I might be sorry in the long run.

I don't know if that makes any sense or not, but I think what I'm trying to say is that it's important to stay optimistic and make lemonade out of lemons and not always "force" an issue that may trip you up later ... maybe there's a reason a specific issue is being difficult right now.

I just keep thinking about that one song, "sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers."

Hey Crissy. I hope you have resolved your dilemma or at least made some progress with your thoughts on the matter?

To all of you. #1, thank you for your thoughts and I'm so greatful there are so many open minded individuals within this forum.

Please know that I haven't opted out on this thread nor am I ignoring anything. In fact, I've been in each time a new post has been made. I am gathering information right now. I have started to sort some things out and I'm getting closer with each day.

I will be back in shortly as I had a wonderful conversation with a dear friend last night that I have not spoken with in some time. Out of coincedence (I don't think it was though ;) )
she started talking about how we create our own reality. Out of the blue, litterally within minutes of talking. She knew nothing about what I was going through or that I was even approaching the theory. She actually wanted to hear my thoughts on it... It was awesome. Anyway, she is sending me some things today that she received and I'm going to look them all over.

You all have been more help than you realize and I thank you full heartedly.

Cheers to my friends and I'll be back soon.

Crissy.

Hi again Crissy,

I and I'm sure the rest of us, was wondering how you have been doing. As for for your timely conversation with your friend, isn't it amazing how our truest friends somehow can know what's in our hearts and minds. Continued best luck.

That is fabulous, Crissy!!! I *love* it when The Divine not only listens but answers us so clearly in this way! Ironically, I had something pretty "blatant" like that happen to me this past week. Anyway, that's great news and I'm sending you "good vibes" that everything works out well (but I actually have no doubts that it will).

Awesome. It is amazing how you can be struggling with something and think you don't understand it. Then something happens like someone 'coincidentally' asks you to explain it to them and suddenly you realise you know more about it than you thought you did.

It's like they say, when the student is ready.....

Good luck with it all.
