Are you able to create a list of your PLs?

Dragonfly I pray you never remember fully what went on in those camps, I've heard stories that survivors told family before they killed themselves because they couldn't live with what they've seen

And if you are unfortunate to remember those horrors, my message box is always open, can't shock someone that pretty much heard it all at a young age

Here the lives I remembered so far through regressive hypnosis:
-A life as a caveman
-A life as the chief of a tribe in the Middle East, thousands years ago, way before even Judaism was born.
-A life as an official in the Pharaoh's palace in Ancient Egypt
-A life as an Anubi's priest in Ancient Egypt
-A life as a scholar in Ancient Greece
-A life as a patrician in ancient Rome during the transition from Republic to Empire
-A life as a monk in the Middle Ages
-A life as a noble landowner's wife in the Middle Ages.
-A life as a merchant in 1300 in what today is called Germany
-A life as a knight of a fighting order in early 1400 Italy
-A life as a persecuted jew burned at stake.
-A life as a prominent aristocrat in Tudor England
-A life as a wealthy farmer's wife in 1600
-A life as a sort of notary in Japan
-A life as a prominent aristocrat in 1700 England.
AND, in this life, during childhood, I spontaneously had memories of a life as an American soldier held prisoner , and then killed, in a Japanese labor camp during WWII.
I am highly curious about how exactly you managed to get all these memories? Assisted regressive hypnosis? Did it come on its own? Are you sure about those?
In buddhism they teach that past lives memories are advanced abilities of the mind that arise through practice and meditation.

In my case I've had them since early childhood, didn't ask for them, didn't do anything
I was too young to know anything about WWI, WWII or any other war yet I knew details that were never written in books, in documentaries or movies, never read or watched anything war related till I was much older than when I had my first memories

I find it interesting that there's an article of a girl that remembers 10 and a big fuss was made about it. Its nothing compared to on here

There are lots of gaps, but this is what I remember:

1. Arabic slave boy. I changed masters a few times as a kid and have no idea who my biological parents were as I guess I was separated from them when I was very young. At age 14, I was working in the household of a wealthy family, where things (as far as being a slave goes) weren't too bad so I liked it there. But then I fell deeply in love with a slave or servant girl working at the same household. We were 14, but neither of us had been able to close to many people at all before, so we were deeply committed to each other and ran away when it became likely that one of us (her, I think) was about to sold. Eventually, we met Muhammad, who had already built up a decently sized but fairly new following. I, especially, was really inspired and impressed by him and the burgeoning Islam, so we converted and joined Muhammad's following. I married my girlfriend and we had a fairly decent standard of living though moved around a lot together after that. By historical connections, this life happened sometime around the 600s C.E. My name started with Z.

2. Though it's not clear, I've always felt a strong connection to Joan of Arc, so maybe that's something.

3. English dockmaster in the late 1700s. I grew up apprenticed to my uncle, the dockmaster before me, and I looked up to him a lot. He treated me like his son and mentee but was kind of not a great dude in the grand scheme of things? He didn't treat women or non-white people very well, and some of those tendencies rubbed off on me. I distinctly remember stealing from an Asian trader who docked in our port and not feeling bad about it at all. I was friends with some young sailors and cabin boys who came in and out of the area and remember having a best friend named Phillip. But as you would expect, these other boys were in and out of my life because of the whole dock and ships thing. Eventually, my uncle died from a disease, and I took it really hard. I became the dockmaster after him, having worked as an adult under him post-apprenticeship. I married a woman named Verity and had a daughter but was not a super great husband/father. I think I may have had an alcohol problem that contributed my death around age 50 or 55. My name was John.

4. Turn-of-the-century (1900s) American daughter of a well-to-do industrialist. My name was Nell, and I had two older sisters plus a loving, indulgent father. I died at age 9 in a house fire that killed all of our family except one of my sisters. While alive, though, we were entitled but not bad-natured. I really liked wearing pretty dresses and remember lots of hair-bows plus having a smattering of freckles. So maybe I was a young would-be trend-setter, lol. Until the fire.

5. American teenage girl named Andrea in the 1990s. I was a highly-competitive swimmer who wanted and worked toward going really far in the sport. Most of my life revolved around swimming, which I sometimes resented even though it was my passion. My family and I were lower middle-class; I remember my father and our house especially. He was tall and lanky with glasses. He supported me maybe the most but I sometimes got irritated with him. I was an especially moody teenager, I guess. Our home was modest, and its exterior was a yellow-ish, orange-ish color. My room was painted dark blue, and I had a twin-sized bed with patterned fleece blankets. Though I remember my teens the most vividly, I continued to swim as an adult and went to a big state university as a swimming recruit. I work some middling business job when I needed money but continued to pursue swimming. Eventually, though, I overestimated my skills and went into the ocean on a very rough (maybe stormy) day when I shouldn't have. I drowned this day, when I was about 35 years old.
Wow! Quite a lot that is clear. Did you ever try and track your last family?

Best wishes,

Angie

A list of my past life that I remember so far:

Rome anicent women living around 10s-30s A.D (died of illness)

Medieval child 1390- early 1400s (died of a early childhood age)

Man during the middle Medieval era (died in battle)

An artist wife living in Rome living middle of the 17th century (died of an illness)

Princess Sophia Albertina/Sofia Albertina of Sweden 1753-1829 (died of old age)

Victorian women around the 1860s-1890s (died in childbirth either in Europe or America, trying to still figure out where I lived)

Princess Ileana of Roumania, 1909-1991 (died old age combined illness)
That you write Victorian possibly means the UK. If you had been in America you would probably remember the then President more than Victoria :-)

Maybe but i can't help notice how many people pretend to have experienced that period, as well as the american civil wars, or being an american indian... Few people mention being involved in ww2 in balkans, or ww1 in balkans, or in caucasus, or any other topic that is not widely known of the american public (i am not from the us..) So much for authenticity. I am trully interested in studying the idea of reincarnation therefore when i suspect fantasy i have to say it... hope that is not all what i will find on this internet forum but it might just be so.
Plus all these lives have no common denominatior except being linked to all major history world events that are the most known to western modern history books... (communism, ww2, french revolution....). And after all these adventurous lives, death in wars, participation in major events, what is the op current life like?
My memories of maybe a handful of lives have been spontaneous. The only war I was murdered in was the English civil war, at the start. My husband and I were farming peasants who lived in poverty in a tied cottage that belonged to the farmer landowner. We had heard there was a civil war but had decided whoever won it wouldn't improve our lives. That our class would still be kept down. We also believed that we had nothing either side would want. We were wrong. A handful of Cromwell's lot happened upon us and wanted my lovely husband, Stanley, to join them. He refused as our small children (a boy - reborn to me this time and a girl, not with me since) would starve without his help. So one of them ran me through the stomach there and then, and as I lay dying I saw two of them march our little son further ahead, which Stanley didn't see them doing as he was horrified and concerned with me. Then they pointed out to him how far away our son was and said he would have to follow if he wanted to see our boy again, but that they would keep them well apart to ensure Stanley couldn't take him and escape. Two others went down to the cottage to kill our little girl, who couldn't walk. My name then was Joy. Not a joyful end though.

Apart from that, only one life where I was a quite well known artist but my semi-fame was more due to the man I was married to, who was very well known. Miserable marriage, mostly. No children. Suicide.

Apart from those, three other lives in which I was either poor, and middle class. Unnatural deaths in all.

I have read that it is the lives that are ended in distress, or before time that tend to be remembered. As if we still have a grief and a want for the life that shouldn't have finished yet. Some do recall peacefull partings in old age though.

Isn't it a bit of a generalisation to say that everyone remembers being in wars as SS or being persecuted jews? In the months I have been on here, only a few remember such lives in comparison to others who remember quite humdrum lives overall. The lives of those who were a part of wars stand out because of education and msm. How often do we learn in school or on tv about Mrs Bloggs the washer woman? So those sorts of lives don't tend to jump out when reading. There are plenty though.

Also, why would it be surprising to remember wars and being in the military, when billions have been? Throughout the past two thousand years there has been only about two hundred years without a big war going on somewhere, and the two world wars are renowned for being the worst (WWI in particular as it was face to face), in terms of numbers. It would be far more strange if quite a few didn't have memories of wars, don't you think?

I am wondering what your interest is? Curiosity? A book? A study or research? Or an inkling that you have been in a body before?

Hello everyone I am new here and feeling a bit out of sorts and took me a long time to come to terms that I am sane when I say my story but still is so bizarre to me.

No regression at all 44 years old and I seem to remember more and more of little details all the time. This will seem strange but I occasionally have real time moment memories of existing in/on an alternate reality/universe. Does anyone else have this because I would love to share those experiences. I have had zero regression therapy and there is none offered in my town. Only one other person is aware of my memories so this is tough for me.

I have maps in my head of every past life and the 2 alternate realities (lives) that exists right now.

Past Lives... I am female however most of my memories are of being a man. I will talk about two of them although I have many more.

Gambler man - died of being malnourished (not starved to death) my organs shut down. Hard worker only to get money to gamble. When I needed cash I would go the the employment line to work to get paid so I can gamble. Lunch was served at work so I ate when it was offered. I say didn’t starve because I was never really hungry just ate a meal every few days and scraps of left overs from the place I stayed at night. My nick name was “Hat Man” because I gambled every penny and owned nothing but my hat, even my clothes were borrowed. At times when I lost at gambling I was offered to trade my hat for a hand but never did. I was buried with my hat in my hands over my heart in a marked grave with a simple wooden cross at around 40-45 years old. I remember in detail and the name of the place I stayed at and the entrance I used. I did some research and this place existed. Never married, never loved anything but gambling but always happy. I am dating this around early 1900’s. So many more details but I’ll stop here.

Apothecary Man - sold herbal remedies from a traveling horse and cart. Once I settled down I Lived in a home. I had one of the first homes built in the area on a terrible dirt road with one home beside mine. I made my own mixtures and felt I was more of a pharmacist than any type of doctor. I just wanted to deliver medication to people who were sick. Medicine was known at that time (in this area) was very unpopular because it was man made and selling a remedy was viewed by many as just being a con to take people’s money. I believe this time frame to be mid 1700’s.

The choosing of my birth date. I remember this clearly and the association with the date and why it was so important and how this date set out this life for me. Also, this is nothing new in my family My grandma always told me growing up she hated October and when I asked why she said cause that’s when I am going to die, smack in the middle of that darn month and she died on an Oct 15th.

I am here because the concept always had my interest, but as long as i did not witness it myself, i can't be certain about it.
Now i am sorry, but yes i do find that the list mentionner in this thread is not really credible for many reasons. This is to be expected, that even if reincarnation might be true, and even if your memories and a lot of others are guenine, you will find a lot of scammers, con artists, weird individuals imagining themselves past lives.
Also, having studied and meditated on these topics a good part of my life, one thing that really lack and should be obvious to any credible reincarnation case is continuity.
There should be a link of cause and effect between you and your past lives, personnality, outlook on life, position... In fact this is what interests me here, not hearing the past life memories of specific individuals, but seeing what lessons could be learned from the continuity of reincarnation.
Honestly, i think i can spot a fraud a mile away, even on an internet forum. Not every post i read gives me this feeling. But i don't see a lot of mentions of historical and geographical areas that are not well known to the western public, and because i read a lot of history and have travelled this can also prove suspicious.

My question for you is how does your past lives connect between each others? What is the connection between them? How what you did in one life influenced the life after? This is what you should be asking yourself in my opinion.

Sometimes one can't convey a lesson without talking about past life memories Yannovitch. You ask for a lot considering I've rarely seen you engage with another member on anything but a superficial level when it comes to past life claims.

Most of the topics I have created about my past lives contain continuity and lessons learned. Many other members topics and posts do too. In my opinion you ask for too much information to be delivered in too brief a way. You won't find anything but surface there. If you just want a general overview create polls. Other than that you will have to question members deeply about their lives and you don't seem too bothered to do that.

I am highly curious about how exactly you managed to get all these memories? Assisted regressive hypnosis? Did it come on its own? Are you sure about those?
In buddhism they teach that past lives memories are advanced abilities of the mind that arise through practice and meditation.
As I wrote, I remembered through regressive hypnosis all of them except the "American soldier" one.
Obviously, it's impossible to find proof of average lives lived centuries ago, even if I was able to remember my names.
I was able to find proof of those two lives as a prominent aristocrat, since there are letters and portraits still around.
Keep in mind that the "American soldier" memories came spontaneously to my mind when I was a child: I never tried to dig in that life during regressive hypnosis, so those memories could have been tainted by scenes seen in war related movies or just fantasies.
Even tough I believe in reincarnation, I'm a pretty rational person, and I'm aware that a past life can be declared true only a proof is found.
In this case, I remembered my name, but not my last name: years ago I tried looking for it (a very common name) in a sort of database gathering the datas of the American soldiers kept in Japanese labor camps, but I found almost one hundred results.

Dragonfly I pray you never remember fully what went on in those camps, I've heard stories that survivors told family before they killed themselves because they couldn't live with what they've seen

And if you are unfortunate to remember those horrors, my message box is always open, can't shock someone that pretty much heard it all at a young age
You know, I remembered HORRIBLE things: I remembered unspeakable abuse and my own gruesome execusion (I was killed after I tried to escape), but the thing that made me cry back then, and saddens me even now, is that I had a fianceé and a family in the USA, whom I desperately wanted to go back to. That's why I tried to escape and I remembered they were my last thought before I was killed.

That you write Victorian possibly means the UK. If you had been in America you would probably remember the then President more than Victoria :)

True it might be so in those case. It is hard to tell, since in my life as Ileana I kept visiting England and such over the time and the fact that my mother in that life was from England and a granddaughter of Queen Victoria. So I am putting on my skeptically glasses in those case, that it might not be England. But I still does not remember much of that life to be able to pin point directly where that life time was. This has mostly been just a feeling of draw to, hopefully one day it might come along and that life might be clearer. :)

Ancient Macedon, King.

10th/11th century Ireland, King.

16th century?, unknown.

18th century, Adjutant General, French Army.

Early 20th century, Commander In Chief, Irish Free State Army.

oh Dragonfly how horribly sad...so much sadness in this world that we must strive to find happiness when we can...cant help but think of the two little girls murdered by their father last month who pretended to love them..the monster even killed his pregnant wife:( And all the time people thought he was a good husband...i cant even step on a bug unless a flea. Monsters walk among us so we all must be aware...

I remember some past lives. I am always able to remember the "bad" things in those lives and not the "good" things, but I will try to be positive. I know this thread is old, but it's a good idea to write a list of past lives. (The years are not specific, they are simply an approximation of what I saw. For example, when it was 1989 I already saw myself as an adult, it doesn't mean that I was born in that year :D)

*1450, I was a woman, I didn't care about anything and I felt safe about my possessions. I saw some children walking along a rocky path. I wrote stories.

*Unknown year. My skin was blue and cold. The place where I lived was "strange" and the density drowned me a little. I think it was a life on another planet.

*Unknown year. United States. I was a kid named Carl without parents who asked for money on the streets and played guitar to make money. I wrote songs. Sometimes I slept under the bridge. A woman gave me a job and her older brother taught me to read. That woman is my grandmother in this life. That man is now my grandfather. They gave me so much love in that life that sometimes I cry with those memories and in this life I love them too much.

*1700, I don't remember the specific year, but it was 1775, I think. France. I was a woman, a prostitute, I had an enormous connection with Marquis de Sade. He motivated me to write some things, however, he never fell in love with me.

*Unknown year. At that time that place still wasn't called Chile. I was a Mapuche woman, living in a forest. I was something like a nurse. I used plants and prayed in the sun. I closed my eyes and felt the breeze of the wind.

*1989, United States, I was a man, I liked music. When I was little, my parents stopped paying attention to me and they formed a new family. I composed songs, poetry, and I made absurd drawings. Life seemed like crap to me, but I managed to do great things. All the time I drew deformed babies, and I found everyone was lucky, except me. I didn't know ANYONE in that life, that is, I felt out of place because I had no soul connection with anyone. They were all new to me.

*Unknown year. United Kingdom. I was a man, an important writer.

*1964, Russia, I was a child, I died of a serious illness. I liked to write. I died very young, maybe I was six or seven years old.

*Unknown year. Again, writer. I was a man.

*1884, I think. France and London. I was a man, I was an artist and my paintings were a little... macabre? I liked to dress up in all kinds of costumes and I did some horrible things. I wasn't a murderer, however, I helped the "legendary" murderer and I was an accomplice. I don't like to remember this life. I discovered this in a self-hypnosis session, and the crisp memories were not pleasant at all.

*Unknown year. United States. I was a man and I was an actor. I died young.

*Born: 1998. Hi, I'm a woman, I was born in Chile, I write stories sometimes, and I'm studying to be a risk-preventionist.

I must have more past lives, but I don't remember them so clearly.

I have clearly remembered only one at the moment, but I am curious of at least two others.

I've always had an underlying interest in the Old West, and am now wondering if all the ideas I've had for a couple of cowboy stories are just imaginations or if some were based on past truths [I get an inclination that I was male, back then]. The same with Ancient Greece, as I've been interested with the time period since adolescence and I love walking around the Greek displays at the British Museum [possibly female, for that]. I don't know about Roman; I seem to detest Roman culture, so there must be something there.

But, saying all that, I want to explore my WWII past life a little longer, before going further back to a new discovery. I enjoy sensing the love between my past self and her husband, but I am prepared for the worst. I know it's coming, I am prepared for it, and I want to experience it. It'll be affirming, knowing that the memories are mine and I am on the right path.

Thyme, you list somehow reminds me of mine... all kinds of different lives with unknown time or place sometimes.

It's a little hard for me to find exact dates. I have approximate dates of what was happening at the time, but I can't say "the person was born or died on that date" except for my famous PL, but anonymous PL are kind of a mystery. Usually, remembering exact names and dates is not easy for me.

I try that one :)

*middle ages - male
being a monk dressed in a brown cowl walking through a village - I was terrified by the poverty, I had no idea how the village people suffered and the bad smells everywhere, death everywhere, small kids in really bad conditions. I remember believing and trusting in god, having a strong faith.

*1500/1600/1700 ??? - male
Lived in a Hansestadt - i believe it was Hamburg - my father owned ships at a harbor. He had a bureau right at the docks. When he fell ill I had to overtake his business and I wasn´t prepared at all and very young - in my teens - I failed tremendously. I didn´t know what to do and I was simply frightened sitting there looking at the books - I don´t know how I died but I think I was murdered soon after. A feeling of helplessness surrounded me a long time (even in this life when I didn´t understand something at school I tended to panic) .
I was in Hamburg a few years ago and didn´t like the city at all for no particular reason but also didn´t recognize anything, so the location is uncertain.

* 1700??? - female
young girl in Southern US (maybe), parents own a plantation and we have slaves. I only know that because I had a strange encounter with an elderly black woman this summer. We only exchanged two words but her looks gave me the chills and created that image of that vain little girl and the black housekeeper, otherwise unexplainable to me. Have a feeling she died young of an illness.

* 1700 - something?? - male
young man/teenager leaving his parents and little brother behind to go join some war, leaving the boredom of farm life behind. Was really close to that little brother of mine. He might have been my father today. And he was crying so much. Bad idea, I was hiding myself all the time, in the midst of the battlefield I kneed down and shielded my head with my arms and cried. So no warrior soul here :D
Location maybe France?

* 1800 - something?? - male
Teaching at a university maybe in Switzerland and/or Germany. Again, I left my family behind when my wife refused to come with me. My son back then might be my son today.

* 20th century life time - male
Pretty sure here. Born 1903 in mid west, died 1967 ?? Mountain area, curvy road. Car crash. I was falling out of the car, ending up lying between trees and stones and couldn´t move. Slow death probably. As a kid I was always afraid I could fall out of the car and would check many times if the door was really closed, I would lock it too for security reason. And still feel sick after only a mile.
Again leaving my son at some point.
This time feeling guilty and sorry.

* Born 1979 - female :rolleyes:

Somehow, I never got around to this thread. Everything I can remember, including small glimpses, in estimated chronological order:

Very early Greece -- skilled warrior
Ancient Egypt
Ancient Rome -- fought as a gladiator at one point
China -- Three Kingdoms Period?
Scandinavia
Medieval Europe -- at least two knight-types that I cannot place
Japan -- 1180's, fought in the Genpei War on the Minamoto side
England -- 1260's fought in the Second Baron's War on de Montfort's side
Unknown Origin -- 1700's pirate
British Empire -- soldier stationed abroad
World War Two -- fighter pilot
Current

*Egypt (???)- Only saw a glimpse where my mother in my current life was crying in front of my mummified corpse. I believe she was related to me in that life as my daughter.

* Lives in one of the many realms above:
- Chinese Spirit Warrior (Male) - Wielded a sentient spear while trying to save a woman named "Ba Xia".
-Troubled Abandoned Bastard Child (Female) - Was in a fit of rage after being mocked by a malevolent deva being and her children my father abandoned me and unsheathed my blade piercing her heart.
____________________________________________________

*Japanese Maiden (Female) - I believe I met my twin flame in this life, though can only recall one memory. It was an intimate one shared with a man dressed in dark blue armor while the woman donned a pink kimono with flower prints. Both were alone together in a small, dimly lit room I believe was either rented from an inn or an abandoned shack. She lost her virginity to him.

*Samurai (Male, Mid 1500's-1600) - MIA from beheading during the battle of Sekigahara by Mitsunari Ishida (adoptive brother).

*Present Life (Female, 1999) - Me

This post is one of the best I have seen during the years I have been reading the forum. "Cause and effect." Really miss to see karma in action, not lists.

I personally don´t believe much in karma.
I see it this way: Like in the TV show "Lucifer" and the 1998 Robin Williams movie "What dreams may come" it might be more likely you create your hell plus punishment all by yourself and you are free to leave anytime.

Most people here have had visions, flashbacks, glimpses, or sometimes amazingly detailed regression experiences or memories that are triggered by something (a picture, a word, a book). They come here to talk about it, to get feedback, I don´t think that with the memories you have all the answers too. Cause and effect - these are speculations.
If I would talk about cause and effect I would have to make something up. I have a few ideas concerning the connections but these are not valid in any way.

Of course you can never be certain - not of your own memories and much less when you have to believe what others tell you. Here on the forum I would never call someone a fraud. Some are confused and maybe make the wrong assumptions, but that is okay.

This thread is a great opportunity to list what you (think you) remember, nothing more. You can edit and you can add something.

Maybe there are no consistencies, no karma, no lessons to be learned. Maybe there is no reason we can understand. Maybe reincarnation - just is. With no agenda. As are blades of grass, trees, air, gases, waters and all life - just is.
Perhaps you are looking for proof from the wrong perspective. There might not be rhyme or reason.
