A few weeks ago my boyfriend had his very first past life regression, BriarRose asked if I could share what he found out, so here it is~
My boyfriend, during his session, visited 4 different lives. Not all of them are very detailed, but the therapist knew right off the bat that he was a very old soul!
#1 - Long time sufferer of headaches.
He was a young woman who worked on a farm, he was feeding the chickens in a barn like structure as it had been raining so the chickens weren't outside. The rain had caused the beams of the roof to come loose and one fell, hitting him on the back of the head.
#2 - Since a baby has had a fear of mixed foods/non-white foods.
It was the early 1500's and he was a small baby, carried by his mother, she was very distressed about something which he didn't like at all. He also complained about it being too noisy. Someone said something about the castle being under siege, and his mother was carrying him down the steps to the kitchen to hide where there was a lovely lady who was the cook. They hid and he played until it was time to sleep, and when he woke up in the morning his mother fed him some 'nasty tasting soup' and he died.
#3 - Fear of climbing down ladders.
Late 1600's, somewhere around Russia, he was in his 20's and he and his friends (one of them turned out to be me, my name was Kristoff!) were supposed to be guarding the city upon a wall, but they'd had a little too much to drink. Kristoff shook the ladder as he was climbing and he fell, breaking his leg. He had to explain to his wife how he'd gotten injured, and the whole situation was really amusing. (He was laughing almost the entire time)
He also met his children of that lifetime, a boy and a girl. (Before regressing he really disliked children, since then he very much wants to be a father).
#4 - Wariness of fire. (This is the most detailed of the lives he regressed to)
300 B.C he was 9 years old, playing with his little brother who was 6, he threw some stones at him playfully and his brother ran off. After searching for him for a long time he found him dead at the foot of the tree, (His brother had seeming tried to climb the tree and had fallen) and he had to carry his body back to the village. Everyone was more upset than angry, and he had to help build the pyre to burn his brothers body so he could go to Nifelheim. (Viking realm of the dead. My boyfriend has always had a very strong interest in vikings and Norse mythology)
He died in battle when he was in his 30's, fighting with a spear and a shield, (turns out Celtic freeman warriors often fought with spears and shields!) their opponents had better armour than they did, and his shield had split so he borrowed one from a friend and rushed forward to protect them, only to be stabbed through the stomach with a sword. He remembers it being warm and very very wet.

All of this made my interest in past lives that much stronger, and I'm now considering having my own session to see if I can find out the reason behind some of my unfounded fears!
