Celtic memories

Well, not much to go on, but I had this dream about a year ago....
The past life being discussed was not my own, but my brothers. My brother was telling me everything he could remember of this past life, and I was writing it all down. The life he was describing is one we have not 'known of' prior to this.
In the dream, he was describing to me a life as one of the Picts (an early Celtic people). We were speaking of family, and those close to him - what could he remember - he told me his partner/wife was a leader of the Picts, and that her name was 'Prinosh' (pronounced like Pree-nosh or Pree-nash). He also said something to the effect of "she waits for me to return from the battlefield", and/or "she protects my back on the battlefield". (many Celtic woman would fight just as the men.)
After a little research, I don't believe I can learn much about the name, as the early Gaelic forms of Pictish are a dead language...
I also find it interesting how someones elses past life was presented to me, unlike me own I saw no visual memory, was just writing down what he told me.
Needless to say, I told him all I could remember of what had said in the dream. He was very much intrigued!

Wow, Lady 2 - Has your brother had any more memories of that time? Did he remember any more words of the language, or any day-to-day aspects of that life?
Obie - Do you remember any little nuances of daily bits and pieces of your life? What did you do - were you a farmer, or craftsman etc?

Not really, Deborah, just little glimpses here and there. I think I remember two Celtic lives, one down south somewhere, the other up north. In the southern life I experienced what I believed to be a deaf and/or mute young woman herbalist and healer. From the northern (older, I think) period, there was a woman fighting against a blizzard of snow pulling behind a young boy by the hand. They were trying to reach a settlement. I think it was Scotland.
Otherwise there are just little snippets, like when I did a tour of the old brochs in Orkney, with the guides speculating about the use of various stone objects, and I thought how can you be so blind, isn't it obvious this is an ordinary everyday household convenience? Why do you have to make it complicated? lol - I think the one that riled me the most was a cooking hearth 'boil pot' that they were trying to give a ceremonial significance to. I wanted to shout out loud at that one - why must everything be of ceremonial and magical significance?! yikes
Then, since I was little I have drawn spiralling tendrils up my leg in a much preferred blue colour. It was only the last few years and on visiting Orkney that I discovered this motif was a typical design feature of the Picts.
And one more I guess, is my familiarity with the Welsh and Scottish Gaelic. Even though I only know small amounts, it just makes sense to me...
