Hi I have been intrigued with past life memories of children since I watched the episode that aired over 10 years ago of the boy who remembered his plane being shot down. At the time that aired my daughter was about two years old. Not long after that show aired I was giving my daughter a bath and out of the blue she said. "I miss all my brothers and sisters" I thought OH MY GOSH she is having a memory like the boy from that show I watched. I knew she was sincere and I felt bad for her that she missed them. I did not know what to say so I said "You will see them again some day". I asked her the name of her siblings she said one was Mary. She did not remember any other names at that time. A few months later she started talking about her brother ...Once we were walking and she said 'Mommy my brother is walking in the middle of the street tell him to get on the sidewalk". She told me something about getting lost in the woods and that her brother died and the men came to pick them up in the truck. She would say his name was Don-no... I am think maybe she was trying to say Donald. When she was around that age she was terrified of having her hair washed .... I mean really terrified..I would go as long as possible without washing her hair. Once she said "please mommy I'll be good" I thought why does she say something like that I am not the kind of mother that hits their child. Also years later when she was six she saw a drawing of a country scene hanging in the house of my grandfather. She said "that looks like were I used to live (she looked to be in a trance) and we did not go to school we walked to my aunts house. I had a mother but it wasn't you. She said they were mean to her. But her siblings were nice.
She had a second memory of a different life at the age of four. I was playing with her and she spotted a picture hanging up that was of my great-grandmother and a group of women. She said pick me up. She scanned the picture and said"oh that's not him. I said who? and she said"I thought that was my Chinese teacher. Then she became very excited and said "Do you want to see what we did? I said yes. She said they were naked and started stomping one foot and then the other say HYA-HA HYA-HA! I said what was the name of your teacher? and she thought long and hard and said."It was such a long time ago I don't remember. Lastly, and this may sound really strange to some. But she drew a picture of what looked like a butterfly when she was very young . It was smiling ..She said" that is the moff (moth) that I used to play with when I was a kitty cat." hahaha. My daughter is my greatest teacher...one of the many wonderful things she has shared with me is that life continues. Thanks for letting me share this wondrous story...oh yes recently she went to Tennessee and when she came back she told me that she wants to go back there that it felt like home. I don't know if that means anything but thought I would share that also. She is now older and has no memories of this now.
