does everyone suffer from last life in some way?

I thought this worth considering.
Working my ww2 France life out finally accepting who I was & how I died (not very nice to accept) explains the horrendous migrianes I get.
Interestingly they started New Years Day just before my thritieth birthday. Jan 1st was my birthday last life & I was thirty when I died. Even friends have commented lately that I am not suffering as badly as I have done over the last 15 years. They are much less frequent & no where near as painful.
It makes you wonder if this was subconcious for me to remember& deal with.
My two friends suffered different fates from me. 1 now suffers an allergic reaction if she eats smoked food. Again she was in her late twenties when she got this, the age would have died. Her body was incinerated after an injection.
My other friend would have died of starvation in a concentration camp. She was slightly older, would have lost her home, family & been worked to death. After years of debt problems, last year she was evicted. She is very overweight & refuses to work. Although people judge her, knowing what happened I can fully understand. She worked hard & lost everything last life, subconsciouly she can't get over that. I have talked to her about it but basically she's happy enough.
I wonder if this is true every life or just when life's cut short. Our non acceptance.
Hope this isn't too depressing:confused:

I don't think "suffer" is the word I would choose, at least not for myself. I do have a fear of heights, but apparently it's because I fell to my death in a few lives. Gallows Trees give me the willies as do the wagons they would transport the condemned in, but I don't necessarily "suffer" from it.

It sounds like your friends have PL issues to deal with if they intend to improve their lots in life. Step one is to accept that "That was then, this is now..."

I suspect I died hiding with my younger brother during WWII, somehow I died first, not being able to protect him anymore.

Now, I have a cousin who is younger than me, because of some family issues, we are no longer able to have contact with one another.

My sister doesn't care much that she can't talk to him, but it CRUSHES me to think that I won't ever be able to guide him, to help him, to cry with him anymore. I guess I'm still not over this.

Yes, I think this is very common. It's talked about in many reincarnation books, including Carol's "Children's Past Lives". Carol's son when very young was freaked out by fireworks. He also had a skin rash near his wrist that never went away no matter how it was treated. After he was regressed and saw himself as a Civil War soldier wounded in battle near his wrist, the problems went away. Many people today could be easily cured of their problems by hypnotherapy. But I think one reason it's not being done more is too many people are making BIG money treating it with drugs, etc.

Do you have any more information on this? Was it in a concentration camp?

Hi argonne, I am presuming who we are. it was one of the hardest things putting the story together.

I had repeated dreams of us going away together. At first i thought it was a holiday but when I kept getting the dream, concentrating on different parts every time, I knew it was more.

Researching there was only one night that 3 women were dropped in France together. It still took me ages to work it out. I wondered if I was thinking out of the box and maybe we'd died together or been in a concentration camp together. As I looked into it though researching all the soe books, there were things I'd dreamt that I couldn't have known. I can vividly see my friend tucking into a plate of food, saying "You don't know when we'll get another good meal like this again," and us drinking wine around a table.

The photo of one of my friends is very similar to how she looked in her thirties. My other friend I was never too sure about but learning how she died & her smoke allergy was as good a sign.

I completly agree with the drug company issue, Argonne. Though I have to be honest, I never thought I'd cure the migrianes. I'd had them for so long. I'm not cured but definately a good 60% improvement.

Very interesting about Carol's son. I agree with you as well Shiftkitty, you have to be open to it & want to move on. When I mentioned to my friend she might have lost everything in a previous life, which was why she cant hold onto anything this life, she considered it. I have tried to broach what we did but she doesn't like to think she may have ended up in a concentration camp.

I can totally empathise with you emikua. You have the connection with that cousin. If it is meant to be you will have contact. If not you might have agreed this for you to come to terms with the past.

I had stomach issues in this life that improved significantly not long after I accepted how I died in my last life. I'm not sure if I died specifically from a stomach problem, but it most likely contributed to it. Like you, I was in a concentration camp.

Everyone should watch Oprah's interview with Brian Weiss that Deborah posted on the forum. Dr. Weiss' daughter suffered from premature cataracts. After her regression, they disappeared. I didn't even know that they could be miraculously cured.

A fractured soul. I was born with a deep

sadness. It's from two past lifes that ended

badly. I discussed the last one on the past life section.

Yes I will get round to watching that-thanks briarrose.

Rednight-do you know which camp you were in? Have done some reading on different ones. I thnk dysentry was common which would explain stomach cramps. I never liked soup & it suddenly dawned on me 1 day it was because i'd had to live on it for months!. I love it now but the good thick home made sort, full of vitamins.

I'm not sure what camp I was in, but dysentery was probably what I had. At let's just say the cramps were not the only "symtom" I endured. Ugh, the pain was horrible. I'd feel hot and clammy; stripping off all of my clothes and kicking the floor mats away from me in the bathroom. It felt like I was getting stabbed. It was awful, thank God it's stopped for the most part. It used to happen probably once a month, and now it's only once or twice a year.

Oh feel for you. Have been in terrible pain as well. Funnily enough my migraines averaged about once a mont also. I was pretty terrified each time I thought I might get one.

I know now my death was pretty traumatic. I've meditated on itas I could cope with. A bit hard to face at first but def made a difference.

I had to read up on loads of different people to work out who I was & there were some pretty awful things going on in all the camps.

My friend would have ended in ravdensbruk_their motto was to work people to their death. It's hardley any wonder she has no motivation to work now.

Many believers in reincarnation attribute obesity today with the holocaust.

Just realised what I've written there rednight.

The terror of the pain of the migriane-OMG. Such a big clue. Of course I wasterrified of what was going to happen.

Obesity is the opposite of starvation. You are afraid of starving to death again. Maybe the nationwide obesity epidemic is past life related? Maybe they are all coming back at the same time?

Group incarnation is something that is very interesting, Argonne. Maybe we should get a thread going. It's intriguing on both a personal and large-scale level.

It's a possibility of course - but then, on the other hand, there must be a heck of a lot of people that have starved to death in previous eras. I would imagine that a really high proportion of people currently alive have had at least one "starving to death" experience - and yet Mass Obesity (ie a large proportion of the population being obese) is something that has only come along from around the 1980s onwards.

So I'm not sure I'd go with that explanation myself. I CAN get what someone told me once as to why she was fat - in that she had been brought up in a large poor family and so was used (in this life) to having felt she had to grab whatever food was on the table and cram it down her throat as fast as she possibly could - in case there wasn't any left and she couldn't get enough at that meal.

Hi ceridien, I think it is true of your friend in some cases. My friend though has put on an awful lot of weight since she got past 40-I know it can be common, am struggling myself.

Just think on a subconscious level it must have an effect with many people.

Was also wondering about things like ME/CFS & other such illnesses whether they could be contributed.

Be interesting to know what others think.

One thing most people don't realize is that when you get to a certain age, say around 60, your body metabolism slows down and you don't need to eat as much as you used to when younger. I remember as a pre-teen and teen I was hungry much of the time. I ate anything I wanted and never put on weight. I remember my grandparents telling us back then they ate only two meals a day, with the main meal before 3:00. Back them I thought they were "weird". But now I have started doing the same when I can. And have found it's not weird at all.

Like shiftkitty, I am not sure the term "suffer" fits...in my mind we experience largely what we choose to live through in this life.

I take complete responsibility for the life I lead and the direction I choose to go. Free will indicates it is all me and my choice, and no one else's. Any view otherwise obviates what we came here knowing we could do. Why would we go into a lifetime in which we were told we would face whatever came up...would you choose that? Would you choose to be nothing more than flotsam and jetsam, floating in the maelstrom of a windswept sea? To me, the lives we live are determined by the choices we make...we may choose to be restricted by society, by religion, by our family, but the choice is ours...we all know someone who made obvious choices which we could not imagine making ourselves. Likewise, what is the life you chose before coming here? Did it include choices you cannot imagine making now? What about in a few years, are those choices possible? During my lifetime I have seen previously unthinkable choices become viable possibilities and sometimes dead certainties.

In short, and in response to the primary topic, I don't see any life as suffering...we simply come here to experience and live a life we chose...no victims, no suffering; we chose the direction and experiences in which we are living.

To me, and from what I've learned from guidance, it's not a hard concept.

I did chose to live or be born to an abusive family.

Why would I chose that? Nobody

would helped me when I suffering. Sounds like your quoting

Budhism Ustawuz . Those people believe

we reincarnate from animals.cover face

I don't do animals nor do I indulge in buddhism...I simply believe I choose the events I participate in...bad, good or indifferent, and my continued participation is a result of the choices I make.

How do we know if we can regress to our previous past life? The one before our current one?
You won't know unless you try. But some people block on the immediate past life if it was a traumatic death. You can try self regression using CD's, tapes, YouTube videos, etc. I have some .mp3's also.
