dream of jesus?

hi everyone, has anybody got an insight into these dreams i had, one dream was of a dark black shadow of jesus in the clouds, and he threw down a gold bracelet to me, and it had writting inside it but i couldnt read it, i woke up feeling very emotional, and about a week later i dreamt i was possessed by a demon, screaming horrible things to my husband and a priest, then saying sorry its not me?, then i would have seizures and feel so full of anger, i looked into a mirror in the bathroom and my eyes would flash green, i would scream at the demon to leave my soul, i tried to say a prayer but couldnt think of any, i woke up feeling very exhausted.....

I know they used to think green eyes were of the devil in the past, so it's possible those are flashback dreams, and past life related, maybe even triggered by the movie you watched? It's possible you were treated badly by the church at the time. I'm sure they drove many women crazy with their fear-mongering.

I know my guides often give me tokens in my dreams and meditation, reminders that will help me follow an idea through over time. I had a ring with golden threads stretching around the world, for quite some time that I could feel even when I was awake, until I sorted out my connection to two past life friends. I think they gave it to me to help me remember to watch for something. And, since Jesus acts as a guide for us, I think it makes perfect sense for him to give it to you.

thats sooo crazy u said that?!! the other day i was just relaxing and i had an image come to me, i could only see my bare feet and the bottom of a long skirt, but i was walking up a grassy hill and the sun was hot, then at the top there was a huge wooden cross, i could feel the ruffness of the wood, then i walked away towards a stone path towards a town in the distance but before i went i picked stone and rocks of the floor and threw them at the cross?.....then later that night as i closed my eyes i saw one green eye, then a demon face appeared, then i saw a dark hole that was glowing, with what looked like wire, almost like a tunnel....OMG

Almost sounds like a medieval past life where you had to deal with possession by negative forces OR thought you were possessed.

Write all of this down in a journal. This might help you put the pieces togeather.

part of me likes the negative force, its almost comforting to me?, which is driving me mad, because i thought i was going down the right path in life being good and positive, now im at a crossroads, i even considerd going to see a priest! thanks for replying

Sometimes confronting something that fits a stereotype of negativity (demon possession being a big one) is actually the path to learning it can't control you when you choose not to allow it to take over your mind.

I (and many whose life stories I have read) have found that the mental imagery is a bit like the wizard of Oz ... a big projection that only works when you believe it is real. What is behind the mask may be evil. I'm not saying everything is good or safe by nature. However, the FEAR of it and BELIEF in its power is what allows it to control us.

For example: I always check to see if something I believe in drives me toward fear or love, and remind myself that love casts out fear. That inner "possession" that is intrinsic to a believed idea is something that manages our automatic responses every day, long before there are literal demons involved. This is why small beliefs and cultural habits matter so much in the long run. It's not always "evil incarnate" that messes with us, but just things we haven't stopped to question.

When we consciously maintain our connection to all that is loving, good, light, God, spiritual source, etc.... then that clear-hearted choice protects us from the darkness and control by some invasive external power. This doesn't mean false beliefs won't continue to show up from various sources, but that we can always claim our inner space and have help in doing so by the nature of our existence. Our core cellular structure consists of light expressed as matter, after all. Or, if you like the poetry of Genesis, you are a spoken word of God, still being consciously vocalized into existence within time.

coffee (The above is based on my own personal experience until now. Hope it helps a bit.)

Oh, geez. I almost forgot. The sense of attraction and comfort is something to be careful over, for sure. But often we fear things that aren't evil because someone has told us it must be evil because THEY are uncomfortable with it. Test it. Pray over it. Bring the light into it. If it supports you in loving well, then it is probably not evil.

You could be channeling into the feelings from that previous life where you were against the Christian church for some reason. Perhaps you were part of an older religion, perhaps you had other reasons, like they took your lands or in some other way offended or harmed you?

Putting up large wooden crosses was a way that the new Christian church started to mark out their territory. If you were throwing stones at a cross on a hill top, it could have been an act of defiance of some sort? Maybe your feelings of 'satisfaction' with this act of 'heresy' is something to do with the feeling of defiance?

Try doing a meditation on that moment and see if you can get any more information on what you were doing, why you were there, what you were thinking...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_cross

...The earlier crosses were typically up to about two metres or eight feet high, but in Ireland examples up to three times higher appear later, retaining thick massive proportions, giving large surface areas for carving. Anglo-Saxon examples mostly remained slender in comparison, but could be large; except in earlier Northumbrian examples their decoration is mostly ornamental rather than figures. The crosses often, though not always, feature a stone ring around the intersection, forming a Celtic cross; this seems clearly an innovation of Celtic Christianity, perhaps at Iona.[2] The term "high cross" is mainly used in Ireland and Scotland, but the tradition across the whole of the British Isles, is essentially a single phenomenon, though there are certainly strong regional variations.
Some crosses were erected just outside churches and monasteries; others at sites that may have marked boundaries or crossroads, or preceded churches. Whether they were used as "preaching crosses" at early dates is unclear, and many crosses have been moved to their present locations. They do not seem to have been used as grave-markers in the early medieval period. In the 19th century Celtic Revival Celtic crosses with decoration in a form of Insular style, became very popular as gravestones and memorials, and are now found in many parts of the world. Unlike the Irish originals, the decoration usually does not include figures....

Meditate on surrounding yourself with white light and protection. Obviously something is coming up for you. Time will tell what it's all about. These things can feel all 'spooky' at first when it first starts happening, because we are not used to investigating this aspect of our psyches, but you get used to it and it can be very fascinating finding out more about it all.

In the olden days knowledge of psychiatry was rudimentary to say the least. Conditions such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, anxiety and, well, almost anything really, were often explained as possession. There really wasn't much to be done in the way of treatment other than go to a priest and hope that he would somehow be able to help.

If you were suffering from an affliction like this, it's quite possible that you thought you were possessed. Simple things like lead poisoning could also cause symptoms not unlike psychosis, but of course they didn't know that either and used to drink out of pewter cups and use lead in windows and pipes, so many people suffered from lead or mercury poisoning and 'went mad'. The 'mad hatter' in Alice in Wonderland stems from the fact that hatters used a lot of mercury in their processes and it sent them a bit 'potty'.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mad_hatter_disease

...Use of inorganic mercury in the form of mercuric nitrate to treat the fur of small animals for the manufacture of felt hats seems to have begun in 17th-century France and from there spread to England by the end of the century with the Huguenots. By the Victorian era the hatters' condition had become proverbial, as reflected in popular expressions like "mad as a hatter" and the hatters' shakes. Similar phenomena had been described in St Petersburg, Russia, in 1829. In France, the National Academy of Medicine described the health hazards in 1869, and in 1898 a law was passed to protect hatmakers from the risks of mercury exposure...

..After antiquity, mention of lead poisoning was absent from medical literature until the end of the Middle Ages.[167] In 1656 the German physician Samuel Stockhausen recognized dust and fumes containing lead compounds as the cause of disease, called since ancient Roman times morbi metallici, that were known to afflict miners, smelter workers, potters, and others whose work exposed them to the metal.[168][169]
The painter Caravaggio might have died of lead poisoning. Bones with high lead levels were recently found in a grave thought likely to be his.[170] Paints used at the time contained high amounts of lead salts. Caravaggio is known to have indulged in violent behavior, as caused by lead poisoning....

This is a good place to process these things, so by all means continue to share. :)

I should add that I think dreams are always blended with a component of reality, as in life experience. I never consider them to be outside of myself, though. They are merely indicators of my current perspective, not all that is true.

Indeed MD and well said.

Sometimes these kinds of things, like strange dreams and bits of past life memories suddenly popping up, also reflect your current state of mind, or agitation about a problem going on in your real life.

For instance, you may be feeling tired of always being 'good' (kind, patient, nice, helpful, whatever) all the time, but these images of demons and acts of rebellion are somehow appealing to you because it's like a pressure valve?

Similarly when you are wrestling with a present life problem of some kind it can remind you of another time when you faced a similar issue and this will prompt past life memories to come up. It might be a warning. It might be a lesson. It might just be a similarity.

Think on it, write about it in your journal. It will begin to make sense eventually. You are the one who knows somewhere deep down what all this is about and what your psyche is trying to tell you.

hi guys, well when i was pregnant with my 1st son, i went threw some kind of night terror almost ever night, i would dread going to sleep, one night i was just about to drift of in bed wen i felt something grab my lady garden lol, i thought it was my husband but he was asleep facing the other way from me, i panicked and went to push the hand away, then it dug its sharp nails into me!!! it was terrifiying, the next night it was the same thing axept i saw a small black figure with red eyes stood at the side of me in bed, most dreams we have are disorientated in some way wether its our house, somethings are different, but everynight the dream was exactly the same as reality, my room was identical, dark, and husband asleep at the side of me? nothing was out of place i felt awake? also, something pulling my hair, it was like something was taunting me? this continued throughout my pregnancy, then wen he was born it stopped, also it never hapnd threw the 2nd pregnancy

Many pregnant women have dreams expressing their anxiety about the birth or the health of the baby or both, especially the first time round. I certainly did!

Is all well with your son now?
