It is with some reticence that I report a nightmare experienced some years ago. It conflicts with another possible past life, so it might have been something else. At best, it was a momentary glimpse into the the life of a young spitfire pilot over Britian.
His rudder controls had been shot through along with his fuel tank just after diving to larboard toward the path of an oncoming ME-109 while firing his guns in hope of hitting that Jerry. As the image of the black and white cross on the fuselage passed his view, he realized that he missed, and was now committed to a fatal fiery plunge into the channel. All he felt was anger at that moment for failing to prolong the life of some Londoner, who would now become a victim as a result. Although he cursed the German for not flying more slowly, the resignation of diving into the sea seemed to give him time to think of his mother and father, who cried as he left for war.

As I said, it was only a brief glimpse that seemed to come out of nowhere, and was probably not a personal memory. But, it seemed pertinent to this ongoing discussion.

That almost sounds like what I was trying to discribe about the "Radio waves" (or TV) for a lack of a better discription. Since I don't understand the process, it could be that the intensity of the moment itself may have been a boost of the experiance and you picked up on that, or been that person. Either way I find pretty interesting.
