Flemish PL in the Eighty Years' War

There are posts about Sunniva's PL in England in the 1500's in this interesting thread. :)

Sunniva, could you please give us an update - any new memories or information on this life?

Karoliina

Thank you for the interest :) Maybe it would actually be a good idea to hear the Kölner dialect, perhaps that will trigger some more specific memories.

I must admit that I haven't thought much about Anna lately. It was very interesting to read through that old thread again though, thank you Karoliina. I'm more certain now, that is something I can say. A strange thing is though that I seem to have an obsession with her brother - it's like he casts a shadow over every research that I do on her. He was the one that settled the marriage between Anna and the king. And he was the one that led his miniature kingdom to war with the great Charles V (whom I also feel a connection with in some way).

Anna's childhood home was in Düsseldorf although the family travelled to their castles most of the time. Unfortunately not much is left of the Düsseldorf Anna knew, which makes it hard to tell anything.

I have a strong connection to this area of Germany and the Netherlands and believe I may have lived there several times

I also just wanted to share something about my Sweden trip today - my boyfriend can validate this :D - but I did not want to leave there. We wandered around for hours (he's so patient:o), just because I wanted to stay, I wanted to hear the language, read the streetsigns. I wanted it to be my home so bad. :)

We were in Lund. It's such a charming place - like the Oxford of Scania. The church there is so impressive and beautiful.

Have you been there?

How interesting, Sunniva, that you don't appreciate that much being Dane while I definitely would so. We could trade it if I had anything valuable for you to offer instead. :)

But Sweden is lovely as well, it is good to read that you felt at home there.

Duuuh...thanks, Karoliina, I didn't think of that! It's been a difficult weekend, sorry...

Thank you, too, for the new information, Sunniva! I'm glad you had a nice trip, even if you didn't want to leave. That certainly is a clue!

It just occurred to me that during my ramblings I never actually answered your question, Nathali: do you know exactly when you had a life in Holland where you moved to England at the age of 24?

I believe I do :) If my past life visions are correct then I believe I was born in Düsseldorf in 1515 (not exactly Holland, I know, but the areas I grew up in: Kleve and Geldern are very close:o) and left for England in 1540 to be married. I died in England in 1557.

I hope I can get more flashes of this life through regression :)
