I found one of my PL's, that living in XIX century. I'd rather to know, who was I at the II WW, but we cannot get everything.
As long as I remember, I've been interested in Civil War of US. That could be in the reason of my father's influence and reading books about it at really young age, but Civil War became my obsession, such like story of the II WW.
I had some memories from the Civil War as a commandor... but the worst thing was that, I couldn't be sure, if I was at the side of Confederate SA or the Union. I didn't feel hate to the North or Lincoln, but didn't agree with all his words. I thought, that slaves should be treaten well, but if they will get releashed - can get crazy in the reason of their freedom.
South. I was from the South. Was born in 20s and died in 60s, during war. In 1863, I was sure about that date.
My strategy during war would be identicall with moves of army of that man.

And I've got just one question. Is there anyone, who thinks about himself as incarnation of Thomas Jackson?

Sorry for my English today, I've got really little time.

I know there's a famous book of a (firefighter?) who remembers his PL as some Civil War general and they look almost identical.

I remember being in the Civil War too and fought for the south in the cavalry. I don't think there was any hate for each other on each side, people just fought for their own reasons and some for their state and home. I'm sure there were quite a few people in the south who admired Lincoln and agreed with him but that's generally not talked about in history.

I was also very interested in the civil war and I`ve even recorded and collected a TV series on VHS when I was about 12 years old. As much I remember I was quite young, a boy from Indiana looking for adventure and fighting for no reason. I just wanted to get away from home. No bad feelings for the southern people. I just wanted to kill somebody - which sounds a little disturbing  but that is what I remember. I think I got killed there pretty fast.

By the way, nobody in my family is interested in the US or in the civil war.

Yes, I'm sure that is him. Jeff Keene is a member here, name is Stars3.
