Hello. My son is now 10 years old. One night when he was 4 he woke up screaming. I ran into his room and asked him what was wrong. He told me he was in a small plane with another man and there are only 2 seats. He said when they got up a little in the air the wheels got caught on the power lines and he crashed and burned in the fire. I asked him what his name was and he said "Scott" (he alsoincluded the last name) Then he went back to sleep within minutes. I actually do not know if he was fully awake while telling me this thru his tears. I was very shaken. I remember my dad telling me along time ago my great uncle died in a plane crash. I called my dad and told him what my son had told me the night before and how upset he was. He said that is what happened. My dad told me that shortley after take off they believed he had engine trouble and could not get high enough fast enough and hit the power lines and the plane exploded on impact. He was only 30 when he died. This was April 1954. My father later found the news paper clipping and gave me a copy. My son, even at his young age looks alot like him. My son has never mentioned this again. I have asked him a few times over the years if he remembers telling me this. He said yes but he doesnt add anything else. What could this be? Have you had any cases where it has been a one time statement and the child remembers telling about it but no other details?
