My youngest son.

Hello to all. My youngest son was about 2 when a small dark "bullseye" apeared on his right temple. I asked his doctor about and he said it was just a birthmark, and I hadnt noticed it before.i knew it hadnt been there before, but didnt say any more to him.he didnt talk untill he was a bit over 2,but he insisted he was 16 yrs old for several years after

About a year later I was sitting outside on our porch and he walked up, and quite matter of factly he said, you know mom, I died.I was a bit taken aback, but said well, we all die. he replied, No I died before I came to you. I shot myself.he mimicked shooting himself in the head. I didnt really know what to say to him,but he continued. I used to live near the sea,I miss the ocean.I was on a boat when i died.My dad was very mean, thats why I chose to go back.(His dad now has not been a part of our lives)he described in detail how he had died, and what his parents had looked like.saying his other mommy had hair like him.(bright blond,we are all very dark haired) he described a place on the ocean, and then gave me a hug and ran off to play.

Now we have lived in the desert for over 13 years. He had never been taken to the beach. he could work any tv or dvd player,or the game systems his brothers had with great ease! No one ever taught him he just knew.

A few months ago he wanted his hair shaved like his oldest brothers(he had really long hair, and had always had alot of hair, even at birth) so his brother shaved his head, and opposite his bullseye,up near the top of his skull was another similar mark.I had heard that sometimes we can be born with marks from something that happened to us in a past life. it made me feel a bit sick to see that mark.He has always been obsessed with guns, and Knives.I wont let him have any toy ones, because he would always put them to his temple. I worry he may go back to past life ways when he gets older. I had heard that sometimes we repeat lessons and such, like life lessons .I appreciate all comments, thank you.

Hi Fullmetal and welcome to the forum. Thank you for sharing your son's memories with us. There are several threads here on the forum about birthmarks.

Kind Regards

Hi fullmetal,

Very interesting, thanks for sharing your son's story, and welcome to the forum.

I've never read any cases where a person has taken their own life in two consecutive lives. Your son is still very young, and it is common for children of this age to remember their past-lives before those memories are pushed into the subconscious by events from their current life, usually around the age of 7.

I wouldn't worry too much about his fascination with guns at this stage, it is fairly common for boys of his age, and the vast majority of them grow out of it, but it is also understandable for him to be fascinated by an object that was the cause of his previous death, it's all part of the 'remembering' process.

The souls' purpose is to learn and evolve, and although he may have brought some of those issues back with him, he will have chosen to come back to a life where he is better equipped to deal with them. You have an important part to play in that, and you can help him by continuing to show him that he is safe and loved very much by his new family. That way, i'm confident that he'll soon resolve any of those past-life issues and move on to enjoy the rest of his new life.

Have you read Carol's book: Children's Past Lives? There's plenty of useful information in there for parents like yourself, or maybe you could drop her an email to put your mind at ease.

That is an amazing experience you have had with your son. I was wondering where the second birth mark is. ? COuld it be where the hole would have been had that first gun shot bullet come out of his head??

I would think that you need not overly worry about his fascination with guns. As long as he is able to express his feelings he could be working out how he feels about his previous suicide. I think it would be good to try and explore his feelings throgh him going to a qualified regressionist . Maybe he does hold some unresolved self anger , and self defeatist ideas about his life. Who knows people you know may have been with him in that past life..

How do you feel about it?? Do you feel comfortable with helping him in further research into his past life? If you see a qualified regressionist with therapy skills it is very safe and healing.

I found that through getting in touch with several of my lives and understanding how I felt as I prepared for birth into life,, { this state in between lives is called the bardo where we are not in our bodies but we are fully aware of how we percevie how we are loved.** I was able to start to forgive myself and stop hating myself. and feel safe and accepted.

We all need to know we are loved and accepted . THrough you being aware of and willing to help your son out , he has a great way of coming to terms with his past. Have you read Carols book where she helps her children with their feelings they had about their past when they were very young?? That story really helped me to understand how our feelings get sort of stuck in our subconscious, and how through reliving things we can come to love ourselves,

In regression our soul knows what things to remember so that we can have a full picture of what our experience and feelings were in that past , Having this full story , we can see the whole picture of how we perceived things that lead us to do the things we did. ..

Thank you all!

Thank you all for your reply,s! thay are very helpfull!

I havnt read Carol,s books yet,but will def. do so.

I am very comfortable with helping him any way I can.

Reading through the replies jogged a memory. after he had told me about his death, ect. (days later) he would be playing,or whatching tv,and he would get this sad look and blurt out quietly,"I hate myself",or " nobody loves me" he usually said these things when no one was very close, lke i was overhearing him thinking out loud.I always reasure him how much I love him,and how much I wanted him.I knew I would have him someday, and relate the stories about how I knew he was comming and I have all his ultrasound pics in ajournal for him. it breaks my heart to think he has those thoughts, but I am trying to help him past that. he wil still say those things, but not very often.

The two marks are very much like an entry and exit wound.one at the temple, the other on the other side of his head, near the top of his skull.

I have two older boys who are 20 and 18 and they played with toy weapons ,but not to the extent that my little one is interested. if we pass by toy guns at the store,he will often see them and put his finger to his temple and whisper,"like this, thats how you do it" then make the corresponding explosion sound.thats what really bothers me.he stil does this ocassionally and he is almost 6 now. I always asure him that he doesnt need to do that ,we love him so much.

Thank you al again for your replies! i never really knew what to do exactly.my mom always raised me to believe in riencarnation, and spirits,ect... I have had glimpses of my own past lives which are something I will rlelate another time.

thank you all. sierra aka fullmetal

Hi Sierra,

When he says "I hate myself" or "nobody loves me", I wouldn't say that he's thinking out loud, but more like remembering out loud, there's a big difference. If he's in 'that zone' then he's probably seeing himself and talking as his former self and not who he is now. I'm not sure if it's very common for a 6 year old to hate himself, but nevertheless, you are doing the right thing by reassuring him that what he remembers is all in the past, and that he is very much loved and wanted now.

Please keep us updated if he says any more. And i'm also looking forward to hearing about your own pastlife experiences.

thank you.

Thanks for your support. it makes sence, what you said, that he,s not thinking out loud, but recaling outloud. I dont no if he actually hates himself now,i dont believe so. he,s happy and healthy, but he does come home from school often and tell me no body likes him,and noone will play with him. i have asked his teacher and she hadnt ever noticed anything like that.i also notice when he arrives all the children in his class always yell, theres Isaiah! and hello,ect...He says he likes schol one day then the next he doesnt want to go back.(they,re all out for summer now though) .

I will def. keep posting as he tells me things. as well as my own experiences. thanks again. sierra.

update on my youngest son.

Hello! my son is five now,he hasnt said much about any past lives in a while.today however we were sitting under our big pine tree,he was contemplating getting in our pond, but is was too cold,so he sat on my lap and got this confused look on his face, then he looked faraway, and said " A long, long time ago I used to be your mommy" "a long time ago,you were my baby, when we lived in the big trees with all the grass around us" What did you look like when you were my mommy? I asked, he kept the faroff look and said," I was older and my hair was long and black, your hair was like mine then" when I used to sit and rock you under the big tree,s like this." then he went off to dangle his toes in the pond. I asked him what did our house look like, and he shrugged but wouldnt reply,so I dropped it. I dont think this is connected to his first recall, the suicide one, which is good.it was interesting to hear, and I,m glad he is still recalling them. sierra.

Hi Sierra,

Thanks for sharing the update with us. It’s interesting how children slip so easily between states of consciousness.

You might enjoy reading the following thread on talking to your child about past life memories.

Another thing you can do with him is - if he brings it up again, ask him if he would like to draw it with you. Sit with him and draw a picture, too - and make it fun. After you're done, tell him the "story" of your picture and ask him tell you his story. It's amazing what little details can come out ;)

thanks! I will try that with him! thats a wounderfull idea! he has drawn things before that i,m sure were from past life memories. Thanks for the reply as well! sierra.
