Native American mother dream

I dreamt of being a Native American mother who was shielding her children in the tipi from the harm of who was outside. A medium validated that my children were taken from me. I'd like to do regression therapy but am concerned that my imagination would take over the experience?

re: native past life

It's very possible you were. There used to be far more indigenous native americans on this continent, those souls didn't cease to exist. I don't want to plant anything in your imagination either but just will say I agree it's very possible. I'm not sure how to avoid imagination and make sure the reading is accurate. I'm new to this subject and going to look into how to self-regress or know how the process works to know if you are getting a legit reading or someone guiding you through suggestions they are making etc.

Thank you for your reply, I'm new here also. Before my dream I read a Carol Bowman book and works from Edgar Cayce, to plant the idea of remembering a past life in my head. So the dream feels legit, and the medium added some pieces to it. Let me know how self regression goes and much luck to you!

thanks, I have a lot of learning to do : ) and I'm not sure how much I want to remember. Some dark stuff there. And many layers of memory from many lives, I think. Nice to meet you : ) Thanks : )

I've tried consciously to "make things up" while I'm doing a PLR, and I literally can't. My mind does wander, but no fantasies or daydreams. and nothing visual. That's why, when something does come into my mind (especially if it's visual), I pay attention. Most of the things that have come up are not anything I would fantasize about for sure. I would try it, you have nothing to lose and who knows what you might find out.
