i am a true believer. I have read both of carol's books. My son is 4 years old. and just started talking last summer. We were so thrilled he can finally tell us what he wants and needs.
He has started sayting some things that he would not know .at his young age. Simon loves trains and he loves to go to walmart to look at trains. he told me he was going to get in the car and drive to walmart. I told him he can't he is too little. he said yes I can I have a drivers license and I can drive. I said how did you know you need a driver license to drive. simon says i dont know.If i ask him how he knows something he will tell me my teacher, you mommy, tv etc.
Simon is an only child. He is adopted. he tells me he has 2 mommies and 2 daddies. and can tell you all our names. plus he will say he has 2 sisters. I said no you do not have any sisters or brothers. his birth parents do not have any kids.i have asked him thier names and he told me the names .
There are more things he says but for the life of I can't think of it right now.
I am not saying he remembering from a past life. i think it is interesting .

I was wondering if there is anyone from indiana on the board. I have never met anyone who belives in past lives. I think it would be great to talk to someone who lives in the same area as I do.

Welcome to the forum mommy2simon,

Your little boy is very lucky to have you. I hope you enjoy the forum and have a chance to meet someone from Indiana. I am sure there are a few.

Deborah, Hello Thanks for the welcome! We are the lucky ones to be blessed with our son. He gives us more than we can ever give him.

hi kim
your post touched me for two reasons, 1:i have a four year old named simon, and simon's are the best best best! 2:my kids say things that are difficult to decipher, are they past lives? are they things they hear from tv? the best advice i could give you would be to continue asking simon questions when he tells you things like having two sisters, etc. keep those lines of communtication open and continue to assure him that his thoughts and feelings are indeed, REAL! he will grow up with the comfort and understanding that he needs to be confident about his past and his future.

Hi Kim,

Welcome to the forum! I hope you enjoy it here -- and please keep us posted!

Hello there! I am also from Indiana, about 80 miles south of Indy actually. I have 4 children, and the youngest has said some bizzare stuff....but nothing to pinpoint. I hope you find the answers you are looking for, feel free to look me up anytime. :) ~~Jill

Hi Mommy2 simon,
I also suggest writing down the things he says in a journal or special notepad. Especially things like names. I'm glad this was suggested to me by Ailish when my son started talking because I have been able to go back and read what i wrote and make some connections.
Good luck to you. I had to start my own support group because I didn't know anyone who believed. The hardest thing was making some original connections and now word of mouth has taken over.
