I am British born, August 1945 and now living in Australia.
For a good few years I have felt that I might have been a casualty in WW.II. My feelings on this is that I was a pilot in the German Luftwaffe flying Junkers 52 transport aircraft.
I feel that I might have died at Stalingrad, shot down whilst on take-off after unloading supplies for the German Army during the siege.
Why do I feel this way?
(1) It would be my love for German Military music. It is something that I have always admired.
(2) As a schoolboy in the UK from age 12 to 15, I use to draw/sketch pictures of WWII German aircraft so much that my art teacher queried my fascination.
(3) Every time I play the old German National anthem, including the current one on YouTube, I get a real strange feeling in my inner soul.
(4) I'm a great admirer of the Junkers 52 three engine aircraft.
This is my first time on this this forum and also those of a similar nature.
Any thoughts and possibly ideas?
