I’ve read a lot of posts on different forums about various reincarnation experiences. Some are sad tales – very few are happy. Some people have been perpetrators – some remember being a victim.
It’s sad to realize how much human suffering has been a predominant factor in our world history.
It always makes me wonder – what sort of benefit does it have for the person – who remembers?
For me personally – even the most difficult memories have inspired me to do better – to be better – to create better – in this life. I firmly believe -- there is always something positive to be found within the most difficult of situations. It’s all in how you choose to look at it.
Henry Leo Bolduc states:
My past lives are my soul’s history. They are part of me – yet they are not me. It has been my personal path – my journey – my growth, and I own it all.
I believe – when we remember our past lives and look at them objectively -- from the point of soul growth – we can embrace each life experience as having been positive.
I would love to know – how has having knowledge of your past lives contributed in a positive way – to the person you are now?

When exploring past lives, it is encouraging to know that you can build upon past accomplishments and you can make amends to reconcile past negative behavior and attitudes. You can rekindle past friendships and you can heal old wounds. All possibilities work together to create a more harmonious and fulfilling lifetime.
Nothing is lost. All that you have learned or have gained from past lives travels with you through time to make each lifetime the best you want it to be.
