The question about why am I in this life now?----is the most common question that clients ask.


During a Between Lives Soul Regression this question can be asked of the client's guides.


Please do not look at your life and think that your life purpose is tied to obvious big things that society values like: making money, writing books, having a particular job, etc.


As we progress to greater levels of advancement----our purpose is to BE OF SERVICE!


You may come into body to assist your parents to progress more than yourself----that's truly an option.


Examine your passions---therein you WILL find your purpose.

How we Evolve as a Soul---where we are in our progression


Hi All,


If this progression of the soul is a part of our purpose on this world, then this must indicate that there are more advanced souls here living alongside less advanced souls. Apparently, the more advanced souls are the more spiritually inclined individuals, the peacemakers, those not motivated by egotistical desires. Is that a fair evaluation of this?


This is Linda:


In simple terms, we evolve as a soul by moving through each life learning moment by moment. We fall down, and we get back up.


Reaching ascension can take a small number of lives or a huge number of lives. It all depends on the pace of our learning.


Our guides don't give up on us----so trust there is nearly always a second chance.


Yes, there are more evolved souls living side by side souls at an earlier stage of learning. We all started in first grade.


You might be surprised about some people who are 'young' and 'old'----if you don't know what to look for---your assessment could be off.


For instance, the 'street people' living around Union Square in San Francisco; many are very experienced souls.

Hi All---


I love your comment, Deborah, about looking down----when you begin to gain a sense of the details of a past life.


When I guide a client into a past life (the life that is chosen is determined at the soul level)----and when the first scene opens for the client, I ask VERY specific questions about that scene:


1. Are you inside or out?


2. Describe the scene


3. Is it day or night?


There are many more questions that I ask.


But, it is so very important for the client to describe their physical and emotional self in that first scene.


The bottom line also is to NEVER put content or assumptions in the mind of the client. So, ALL questions are asked in an open-ended manner.

Intuition, Spirit Guides, and Spiritual Guide Communication


Some of you are talking about the question: "how do I access or connect with my Spirit Guide?"


This is a great question, because all of us are guided by one or more in the spiritual realm.


So, let's talk about Intuition---you all have this ability, for sure.


Intuition comes in five varieties:


Visual, Emotional, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Cognitive


You will have one or two of these sensory abilities that are stronger.


For instance, when my guides are working with me I can feel intense energy that can seem like anxiety. I can also feel a touch on my left shoulder blade.


The most common intuitive capability is through thought or cognition. DO NOT distrust those thoughts that keep coming, like about your best friend or something you need to do. Trust that you guides speak to you this way.

Hi Linda,


I was wondering if you have any thoughts on future life 'memories'. You said in an earlier post that time collapses in on itself when in between lives, which would suggest that everything in the past, present and future is happening right now, and that linear time is just an illusion that we experience in our human form. Have you ever regressed anyone who has spontaneously seen a future life, and if so, why does it appear to be far more common to remember past lives than future lives?


Also, do you believe that it is possible to reincarnate into the past, which seems quite conceivable when you read stories like The Egg, by Andy Weir
 
Hi, Linda. Have any of your clients ever had a bad experience when "passing over" during regression? I have heard of people who have near death experience and they seem positive they were going to some sort of hell. From my understanding, souls can place themselves in their own personal "hell". Is this what they're experiencing? Maybe they have hidden guilt about something that haults them from crossing over?
 
Perhaps the fear of the unknown, which most of us have for various degrees, comes into play here and people just assume the WORST scenario, any thoughts on this?

One client, when he died, was greeted by Satan himself that then revealed himself to be a spirit guide trying to teach the client a lesson, as the client had been a priest/preacher of some sort that instilled religious fear in people.

One question I would like to ask though, and it is more out of personal curiosity than anything else, but with clients experiencing life-between-life regressions, have there been clients who are gay/transgender and they found a reason for it in a regression?

Not gay or transgender per se, but a friend of mine saw his previous past life as a woman, and it explained a lot of his "girly" interests.
 
Nefarious Guides---like Satan---and Sexual Identity Info from Regression Details


I love what comes up in this forum!!


I remember a client of mine whose guide showed up as a fuming Dragon---oh my, what did this mean for the female client?


Well, once we asked what was the meaning of the guide's image---the guide transformed into a harlequin/a clown---to say that the client treated herself with the intensity of a dragon----always demanding too much and being judgemental of herself. The message was to 'lighten up'!!!!


Guides are not nasty---I've never seen this in 18 years as a regression therapist. But, their image to the client is highly meaningful.


Repeatedly, we learn that when a client is gay or lesbian, etc. they are almost always a highly experienced soul who has figured out that gender isn't right or wrong. The soul of these clients has figured out the value of androgyny.


We live in a world of fear and judgement-----I believe it's our job to learn to operate out of love, compassion and acceptance of ourselves and others.

It was Newton's Destiny of Souls. I just read that passage last night. I found it to be one of the most hilarious pranks. I must have laughed myself to sleep.

There is one thing(or two) that I am concerned about and I see in your book, Newton's as well as the Michael Teachings, and that is that as older the soul is, the more secluded it appears to be, both in the physical realm as well as the spiritual one.


Considering that love and compassion should be core tenets, I find it kinda sad that as we evolve and advance we seem to become more distant.


Is it really love and compassion if you feel it at a distance?
 
I have few a questions Linda. I appreciate your answers.


I remember existing concurrently through many times on earth and have recollections of experiences of the times between existing on earth.


Is this common?


I could sense healing energy as a child, and recollect being able to use similar energies in passed lives.


Do you have any guidance for a person with esoteric healing abilities?
 
Distance---and Soul Memory


Hello Again Everyone---


It is often true, though not always, that as we 'age' as a soul that we become more internal---and not so social.


The key is to be aware, as best you can, of what is your purpose on the planet at this time. Your purpose may include being rather isolated, and yet---your purpose may be to be somewhat out there in life to be of service to many others.


There are some who do have conscious, spontaneous memory of concurrent lives and the time between lives, though this is rather uncommon. Usually a more evolved soul is the one who has conscious memory of such things.


BTW, if you live in the Austin TX area----I will be giving two talks this weekend at a spiritual expo. Please let me know if you would like details.


Whatever your memories are allow them to come forward----or use and deepen your intuition to sharpen your memory.

Thank you for being on the forum. I have a question. There is a person in my life who I originally thought was my soulmate but as the years went by I have come to discover that although he professes to love me and wishes to be with me at the same time he has been stealing from me and causing chaos in my life. It took almost a decade for me to see who he really is.


Is this a karmic situation where I did something to him in a past life or is he just a creep? And, at the same time although my conscious mind knows he is toxic to me for many years I overlooked what he did, basically turned a blind eye.


I guess the question is are there some souls that exist just to cause chaos for others?
